They swept the Cardinals. I don’t know what the Cardinals are waiting for but Kliff Kingsbury deserves to be fired. The entire second half DeAndre Hopkins had zero targets. How you don’t get your best player the ball when he was great at the beginning of the game is ridiculous. Not even try to get him it. Add on Kyler Murray’s getting into arguments with every wide receiver and coach on the sideline. Hopkins blew up on him in that game. That’s about the 3rd or 4th time something like that happen with murray this year.

And if you watched that game, Kyler Murray in the second half didn’t even look to the left side of the field. Legitimately did not even look to his left. Things that people were complaining about with hurts last year. It was all middle of the field and to the right of him.

My laughter comes from all the 'experts' who had the Seahawks far and away as the basement dweller of that division. Now they are sitting comfortably in 1st place.

I thought for sure they were trying to be bad to get a QB. I didn’t think Geno Smith or drew lock were going to be good. I’m not sure how many people thought Geno Smith was gonna be good after years in the league where he hadn’t done anything.

heck, I made a bet thinking that the Giants or the Jets would finish ahead of them. Right now all three of those teams have six wins. I never would’ve thought all those teams have a chance to get to 9 and possibly more wins with how their schedule breaks. The jets have a shot at 9 wins. they get the jags, lions and bears at home

Watson was never placed on the exempt list. Texans just didn’t play him.

How do you calculate strength of schedule? Do you include all the teams on their full seventeen game schedule or do you include only the games played to date? It's this difference in methodology that leads to discrepancies.

I've always preferred the "til now" approach.

Yeah this is probably what they are gonna do. I’m guessing when court gives a verdict on criminal charges that’s when he gets suspended. Most saints reporters believe it’s not coming even with the video til next year.

If they sign Turner I’m guessing that’s who your leadoff guy is. They could use 2 bullpen arms. Not guys like familia and hand who they signed this year. Hand wasn’t bad but his numbers looked better than how the Phillies felt about using him in the postseason. They could use a starter. You are good with Suárez, nola, Wheeler and hopefully painter. I’d go after someone like rodon tbh. He’s a top of the rotation lefty and is 29. He allows you to split up Wheeler and nola. Also if nola struggles like he did in the World Series you still have 3 guys in rodon, Suárez and Wheeler who could carry you. That rotation would be really nice and allows painter to be used out of the pen in the playoffs with his stuff and potentially Suárez in a short series out of the pen as a good lefty

I'll be flying during the Eagles/Commanders game...I hate missing Eagles games, but when it's for vacation, it's an acceptable sacrifice.  This one shouldn't be close.  I'll DVR it and watch when I get home.  Please refrain from discussing the game on the blog for 1 week afterwards.
