Lots of good/interesting prospects in the TCU-Texas game.  Robinson for Texas.  Johnston for TCU.  Newton and Daniels CBs for TCU. Duggan for TCU.

Overshown, if Kyzir walks.

Is Russell Wilson the uncle you don’t trust to leave your children with?

Russell Wilson is like the blonde haired kid that joined The Brady Bunch.  What was his name?  Always just wanted to punch him...so yea that's Russ.

Give me some Jalen Carter with the Saints pick if he's there.

Dude is an absolute beast with a nearly unstoppable pass rush. Pair him with Davis and an extended Hargrave, and the Eagles will slaughter opposing OLs.

I need to take notes from this kid to step up my game.

Amen, Anderson is obviously the dream pick, but Carter is one hell of a consolation prize.

Him and Davis gives us the best DT pair for the next decade.

I know I'm biased being a huge UGA fan and alum, but Carter just has that kind of burst and momentum for a DT that really translates at the next level. Tonight's game versus Mississippi State, their interior OL had no answers. Carter just abused them. And he's versatile. Can excel with stunts. They even used him as a spy decoy. Dude is gonna kill it in the NFL.

He is quick and relentless for a 6'3" 300 lb guy.

Chip Kelly losing is awesome. But to my alma mater who was a massive underdog makes it so much sweeter of a victory

You can make an argument that there are needs basically everywhere on the D - what they do in FA, BPA and positional value will shake things out. In terms DT, Fletch is cooked and Hargrave a free agent (also streaky)… I wouldn’t discount Carter especially if Anderson/Murphy are off the board.

The Eagles are old on D and will likely have a new defensive coordinator in 2023. The youth movement is likely coming next year.

Prepping for a Fangio 3-4? Davis on the nose to protect Dean?

Fangio is the best move. A seasoned vet that has had a lot of success and is not going to be a HC. Has vides of an Andy Reid/Jim Johnson relationship.

Need another big 3-4 END to play the Fangio scheme.

It helps that we have no major impending holes to fill in offense next year at least. Backup QB, RB, OL depth/development, maybe a WR/RB who can do returns. Not bad all things considered. We can spend most our draft and cap resources on the defense with the possible exception of a early/mid round RB.

Yep. Most cap will be spent on retaining defensive players. A few holes that are left can plug through the draft. Would mostly focus on the front 7 there. Secondary at least has Jobe, and Blankenship in the pipeline, who both may be players. A little bit of young talent there developing. DL has nothing.

Keep the secondary together for this year, focus on rebuilding that next offseason after we do the front 7 this year.

Gonna be hard to keep the secondary together to be fair. I doubt Bradberry or CJGJ are gonna do 1 year deals, and signing both + Epps for longer would be tough, as nice as that would be.

Why does Scotty Miller jump to catch every pass?

On brand new long term deals howie can go wild with void years. He will get them for relatively little salary space to fit in to his budget. Theyll have large bonuses in year 2, which will then be restructured to spread over the void years and free up some of that space in those future years.

I hope he can do just a 3 year deal for Bradberry who may be the most expensive, and longer 4-5 year deals for the safeties. The safeties, spreading the money out so much would probably very cheap relatively speaking.

I think he can do all 3, and even keep a LB.

Fair catching a 64-yard punt??  Yikes.

Pete Carroll wasting everyone's time taking two timeouts at the end of the half 🙄
