  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Strange comparison. Point was that there was no reason at all to be vague about Sanders status if he's going to show up for practice. There is no competitive advantage right now

The reason is pretty straightforward.  If he had said that would anyone be talking about the press conference or contemplating uncertainty regarding Miles' status.  From a Marketing perspective honesty is boring.  It has no buzz..

That would only leave us with 3 safeties. Unless Scott can slide over.

Scott can slide over when he is healthy.  Harris can be promoted from the PS if needed.

No, it was a particularly vigorous round of RPS.

Real rocks were a bad idea.

Andre Dillard, who's been known to get emotional and get into scuffles, breaks his arm the day after trash talk champion CGJ steps foot into Novacare.

Because it's not good entertainment. Nick isn't trying to entertain anyone, he's being painfully vague for a competitive advantage that isn't even an advantage when the ending is immediately spelled out for everyone 10 minutes after he's done speaking.

It's like if the screen crawl setting up "The Empire Strikes Back" went

I don't think he is being painfully vague for competitive advantage.  He is being painfully vague just to be painfully vague.  The whole series of press conferences throughout the season is a dseries of similarly vague events, one after another after another after another.  As I said before it is theater.

No. Their secondary is very good.

But getting thinner all the time.

His fragility hurts his value.  Hopefully a green stick fracture.  4-6 weeks.  Wonder if they put a cast on and just have him practice.

I think he"s learning the Belichick model. Talk all day, say nothing substantive.

Those teams are all in the 6 wins and under club, with the possible exception of the Panthers.

It starts game one for the Panthers, never thought I’d root against the Browns and for Baker. I hope by some miracle that he throws 5 TD’s, and they win by 40.

Is that a real medical term, I've never heard that before.

If so what's a green stick fracture?

First bad break they've had yet this year.

Not true, they also reported the Reagor trade first. Also all of this:

Broken arm shouldn't stop him from working on his footwork from the right side.

But the bolded... big yup.  What a disappointment he's been.

I'm saying it's the first bad break the Eagles have had.  They've been able to escape training camp and preseason without any major injuries.  At least Dillard isn't a starter but he's an important backup.

Oh gotcha, missed the keyword "bad”

I’m absolutely 110% rooting for Baker.

It’s a non-displaced fracture.

greenstick fractures dont happen in adults.

Its a pediatric fracture typically seen in kids under 10 years old.

Ever see a really young branch on a tree that is still green? You bend that, its bendy but if it breaks it doesnt snap right through. Its a pointy jagged, incomplete break.

Kids bones have a little bit of bendyness to them when they are that young, so they can break in that similar fashion.

When you are older, and your bones are harder, they dont act like a green stick anymore.

When was the last time they went with only 4 WRs on the active roster?
