You’re crazy if you don’t think the run defense was the problem. It led to a million of short third and fourth downs. If we play good run defense (I don’t care what the final YPC is), you make a loser QB beat you. We made it easy.

Graham doesn’t have a overhead view. He could have assumed he needed to touch him down. The problem was that he hit him. 

It’s a roughing the passer penalty if he’s throwing a pass. He took 2 full steps after he kneeled, definitely a penalty.

Even Reddick still tackled Heineke after he knelt there. Both players were thinking- get him down. Even though he already went down. No one is thinking- oh thats a guy who just gave up on a play and he can stop running and we cant touch him.

Graham should not have hit him. It was going to get called.  It was still a weak call and the ref should have eaten the whistle.  If Graham had delivered some punishing blow sure but he slightly grazed him and in that moment the ref killed the last 2 minutes of the game.

2nd half D played well. Just in time for offense to make a million mistakes, and refs to help a bit.

Hey buddy

In a way, it’s better that this game happened now vs later in the season.  Gives them plenty of time to realize they’re still not a "perfect” team.

 Just about everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong (turnovers, penalties, non calls, etc).   And even so, they were still in it up until the last 2 minutes or so.  Regardless, they need to learn from their mistakes, sloppy play on both sides of the ball.  Less than spectacular play calling at times (both offensive and defensive).  Offensive line was getting beat often.  WR’s making some plays, then missing some, coughing the ball up, etx.  Off night for Hurts.  All around team loss, imo.  A lot to learn from.  

The Eagles deserved to lose the game - they could not get a stop on defense and they had three turnovers on offense.
