That’s such a strange move by LA. They don’t really have any good RBs there right now.

There were rumors before the season mcvay didn’t like Henderson and really wanted Akers to be the guy. Why when he looked awful they kept trying with him. I know during training camps they really liked Williams a lot then he got hurt.

Even so, he’s better than their No. 3 guy. Just weird.

Oh for sure it’s weird. Makes no sense at this point to do it. Better off keeping him until the end of the season.

Too bad we are last on the waiver wire. Henderson would be an awesome pick up.

He should just start driving to Houston

Also waived Justin hollins. Not sure how he’s looked though. My guess not good

This is the craziest negotiating terms I've seen in 30 years

Cameron Dicker was out of call-ups after this last Chargers game. He had been called up the maximum three times. So if he was to remain on their roster, they needed to put him on the active 53. They just did so today, and put their starter on injured reserve,. So it looks like the kid has made it.

I hope he spurns them and just goes to like the chiefs or Buffalo last minute lol

This is just saying that Gannon is smart enough to figure out the adjustments he needs to make as the eagles defense has played much better in the second half of games. Cause he has made them after the halftime break.

The problem is there’s an entire first half. For whatever reason they weren’t quick enough in the Texans and Washington game with the adjustments cause the entire first half they continued to employing the same thing for much of the half. if you just stick to your original plan too long and it’s not working that first half it can eventually bite you in the ass. It didn’t against the Texans as they were able to overcome and play much better second half. Against the commanders it took until the halftime break to finally make more adjustments (and really even more after heir first drive of the second half). That along with offensive turnovers cost them.  you simply can’t just wait until you get into the locker room at halftime every game to finally make the major necessary adjustments if your gameplan is simply not working.  At some point if you don’t make the adjustments until you get to the locker room at the half there’s a chance you it could ultimately cost you the game.

I don’t know that they did much better in the 2nd half against the Commanders in terms of 3rd down conversions.

Reminds me of the Packers rumors last year. Then he picked the Rams

Just weird, I can’t recall the owner, the QB and the teams social media openly talking about a free agent. Give me the Howie lurking in the shadows 10/10 times over this.

Well deserved.

Second half they were 3 of 9 on 3rd down and 9 of 12 in the first half. Also, all three of the first down the commanders got on third down were part of the first Drive of the second half. Technically, they got another first downs with Brandon Graham penalty, but they stopped him if not for the penalty

I wonder if he will attend the Cowboys-Giants Thanksgiving Game since the winner will be signing him.

This forum is wild.

Redskins are apparently the worst team ever(even though they're gonna make the playoffs)

Eagles are no longer superbowl contenders cause they havent looked great(despite being 9-1)

Zach Wilson is no a bust, 19 starts into his career on a crap team with a crap organzation and an 11 year old offensive CO.

It's safe to say he's a bust.  He has great natural talent but he has an absolutely terrible attitude, no maturity and his answer to the question on if he let the defense down was like his Ryan Leaf bust moment.  No leadership skills whatsoever.  Completely selfish answer and shows a lack of any accountability.  He's been terrible in the league.  But you can start out terrible if you have the mental intangibles to succeed at QB in this league.  He's a child and there's no doubt that locker room must despise him.

Dude is damaged goods, at this point he's just ring chasing, probably get hurt before the playoffs or hold out til playoffs.

Most overrated player in recent memory.

This illustrates how important it is for a prospect on WHERE they land.  Wilson was a boom-or-bust prospect.  Great arm, terrible footwork, drafted out of a small college.  Development was going to be vital for him.

Not a shock he hasn’t flourished with the Jets.  Small town kid who loves God, apple pie, and pounding Mom’s best friend.  Not sure it was ever going to play in New York.

Not sure I'd call BYU a small college, but ya the kid needed solid coaching and mentoring.  He just seems like a cocky dews.

He reminds me a lot of Kyle boller.

Teams were enamored with boler because at his pro day he threw a 50 yard pass on his knees.

Wilson had a pretty impressive pro day, he had a throw that went viral and elevated his stock.

At least Wilsons throw was applicable to foot ball, throwing while kneeling isnt really useful in the NFL...

Just remember, Howie told us before the season that it was still a rebuilding season. Only two years from 4-12

Putting things in perspective.

That's called a CYA.  Remember, they were a playoff team last season... so the timeline was reset.  AND, one of the reasons that we had to heap praises upon Howie was the fact that he had built a team that could rebound from 4-12 to make the playoffs in a single offseason.     Can't have it both ways.

I enjoy taking my lumps when I'm wrong and patting myself on the back when right.  Wilson is a QB prospect I typically like on paper...when I saw his highlights, I immediately felt no way, not here.  I just wasn't impressed at all.

When you put him on the Jets with a defensive HC, well, that failure was predictable.

Surprised there isn't any 76er talk in here tonight. Three stars out and still hanging with the Nets. Simmons returning...
