  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

Jimmy G needs to be sharper

I put that more on Mike McCarthy and his brilliance to call a QB run up the middle with no timeouts left.  That offense was completely unprepared and moved with no speed to get the ball spiked in time after it.

Did McCarthy hand the ball to the wrong person?

Did McCarthy try to spike away the last second if they somehow got the last second?

Dak is a moron.

Are you insane?  If OBJ helps the Cowboys win a Super Bowl this year then in no way is that a bad move for them.

All of these are ifs. I am willing to take a chance that he just is shell of himself and is a nuisance like he is usually. Rams won the Superbowl without him most of the game and now I should fear him after an ACL. I think you are insane. We will find out.

Chargers are so underwhelming given their talent and hype.  A lot of injuries they have had to deal with but still.  If they miss the playoffs there should be no way that they bring that HC back.  They would have their pick of Sean Payton and any other top offensive assistant in the league for to hire as HC.  Can't imagine there would be a more desired job in the league.

Ty McGill was an eagle?

3 teams leapfrogged the Saints today in the picks standings. Jags, Panthers, and Browns. Helps Eagles.

That helps but the problem is the Falcons and Bucs can't take control of the division. Both lost again today. If the Saints win they're tied for first and beat the Falcons head to head once already.

Wow, what a win by the Jags and Doug.

OBJ was their offense in the Super Bowl until he got injured.  Ridiculous claim to act as if the Rams won the Super Bowl with no help from OBJ.  You keep acting like it's the year 2003 with ACL injuries.  Players come back from ACL with little to no issue these days.  It's not the career ender  or career derailer it used to potentially be.  He's a great route runner with some of the most special hands in the league when he's focused and tuned in.  It's possible he's washed after his injury but I think that's very doubtful and unlikely.  I think there is more than enough time in the season for him to become fully acclimated and add value to a team like the Cowboys or Chiefs or Ravens or any of these teams tied to possibly signing him.

Cowboys are going for it this year just like the Eagles are with their recent signings and the Quinn trade.  If it works for them then it wasn't a bad move even if the contract hurts them in the long term.  A Super Bowl is the ultimate goal.

A guy that comes into my work weekly try’s to tell me the Ravens would whoop the Eagles lol.

Surprised they aren't keeping a tarp on the field until closer to gametime with this rain.

Listen. I am saying I pray that Jerry Jones gives him what he wants to be a PT slot receiver. That's it. If that happens I think Eagles fans should rejoice. It's dumb!!

Mike White has 4 NFL starts. Here are his passer ratings in those games.

  • 107.9
  • 121.4
  • 33.4
  • 149.3

Zach Wilson has 20 starts and only one game above 100 at 101.1

Lawrence has been mostly unimpressive in 2 years but he just had a hell of a drive to tie the game vs Baltimore.

I regard last year as a mulligan for Lawrence. I can only imagine what it was like last year being a highly touted rookie on a historically crappy team and having to deal with the Urban Meyer circus. So yeah, this is Lawrence's "2nd rookie season". :-)

They’re overhyping all the blackout business. Wouldn’t be surprised if we get beaten tonight after all this

This doesn't impact the players at all.

Odell made a couple hundred people get off a plane then get back on, delaying them by what, an hour and a half or so? I'll bet he has a couple hundred new fans.
