This game is ridiculous.

The defense sucked on the second drive but if we lose this game it's 1000% on the offense. Stupidly go for it in your own end in the first quarter then piss away a turnover by giving it back on a 60 yard fumble return.

This team has lost poise these past few weeks. They are outplaying their opponent handily yet barely winning.

First real QB we’ve seen Gannon face and we are seeing the result of that.

I think defenses have noticed that Hurts isn’t a threat to throw the ball when he vacates the pocket.  It’s a combination of vision while on the move and arm strength.  

He has been surgical in the pocket before, ideally will be again.  But when he leaves the pocket, if he doesn’t run it downfield himself, it’s going to be a bad play for us.  The defense can really just start flowing to him any time he’s out of the pocket.
