This game could've been over in the first half if the offense didn't keep pissing away momentum. It's great they scored 40 but it really never should have been this close, they gave GB 14 points. The defense sucks, we know this, and the offense wasn't doing them any favors in the first half (and neither were the special teams).

Glad the offense figured it out, but this game should've been over at halftime.

It's Gannon's fault that Watson is very fast?

All of Watson's big plays against our LBs and Ss. Watson did nothing against Bradberry and Slay.

No excuse for that defensive performance — short fields or not.

That said, Maddox will be back soon. We’ll have to hold our breath on CJGJ.

Helluva game by Blankenship. That pick was something else. Honesty, it was more impressive than any of CJGJ’s. He took a bad angle on Watson, but he hasn’t played enough to be used to that kind of speed. That was more on Gannon.

That was on Epps; he was woeful tonight.  Offenses are gonna start picking on him.

It’s Gannon’s fault that he called a defense that lined up Watson 1 on 1 with Epps with only Blankenship deep. Tue middle of the field was wide open. Awful call in that situation.

Eagles Offense now is tied with KC for the most TDs scored in this season. Awesome.

And Davis.  Both should have an impact when they come back at least.

Nah. Epps was on him to start, but it was a bad angle by Blankenship.

I think if he adds another all pro and/or Super Bowl to his resume, he gets in

He’s in, top 5 center for over a decade.

Blaming Epps on that TD is like blaming Gerry for getting toasted by Claypool. It was an impossible proposition.

Not to start a conspiracy but I remember AJ hurting his foot in a game a few weeks ago and he hasn’t been the same since. Could totally be a coincidence though.

People are going to complain about the pass-rush, but it's another week when the opponent time to throw is very low. Hint: It's the coverage.

I think Blankenship was taking care of other responsibilities and before he knew it, Watson was going past.

Single high, man coverage, thats mostly Epps job. Epps took a bad false step backwards at the top of the route stem. Thats how he got toasted so bad so quickly. It was a very bad job of man coverage by him. Blankenship was put in conflict by a route going the opposite way at the same time. Not as much his fault.

Sanders wasn't just a product of the OL tonight, he displayed good vision and shake and bake. Made some runs more than what was given.

Then later when Love missed him in the end zone, Kvon was 1 on 1 with him. It's just bad.

So you're suggesting that Gannon knew GB's receiver alignment before the play and chose to have Epps over Watson?

So I guess our offense wasn't any good and the Green Bay defensive coordinator is the reason why they scored so many points.

The Watson touchdown is Gannon's fault, period. Why the F are you letting their best receiver run against LBs and safeties? You have two good corners and you decide a safety is fine. We're just lucky they didn't figure that out in the beginning of the game

He never should have been in position to cover Watson 1 on 1. I can’t get upset with him.

What game were you watching exactly?

Gannon could easily do what a lot of coaches do and have one of his two good cover corners stick their best receiver so they don't get burned for a quick TD in a close game

or, he could have just made plays with his arm. We needed his legs because his arm and head put us in compromising positions.

We scored 40 pts. Not sure how compromising those positions must've been if we still end up with that many pts.

I don’t know if he was actually 1 on 1 there. Sometimes the zone breaks that way. It happens.

Barrett Brooks is parody level bad on post game show. First time I tuned in all season and my god is he bad.

How did Epps look against Aaron Jones on his TD?

If you can’t even trust a safety to cover a RB in the middle of the field on a pass route — the safety sucks.

The constant lining up 10 yards deep is helping things for sure.

Aaron Roger's ribs would disagree with this.
