Actually I’m predicting them to lose to JAX.  Lawrence has been playing better, and the Turds will be full of themselves and sniffing the Eagles rematch while looking right past them.

If Lawrence plays like he had they’ll have a shot. However etiene getting hurt today doesn’t help. Hopefully he’s not badly hurt. He seemed optimistic. and jags oline needs to play one of the best games of the year. Also not sure what you get out of their defense. Colts would be the matchup i think could get Dallas as Dallas can’t stop the run. If they don’t have to throw as much with Ryan they can ball control them like they did to the chiefs

ST solution:

Kick every kickoff out of bounds.

Don’t take this the wrong way

Just say you made a mistake but will make it right. I hate always trying to point the finger and blame something else.

Gives new meaning to YAC(K)

AJ gonna be okay

The season is long and like a marathon so a period of poor play is to be expected. We’ve seen the O play poorly for a few games prior and now the D. Will need all cycles going forward at some point. The kick cover is atrocious right now so that’s the most pressing need.

I like Collinsworth

A good win, but the team needs to stop sniffing itself in games; there was a period they got way too cocky and they let the Packers get back into it.  You're good, but not all world good.

Too many short fields given between the fumble, failed 4th down conversion and KO returns - for a defense that needs a lot field position to get stops that was not good.

Ran the ball well though and we’re lethal in the RZ, not sure DAL has an answer for that.

HAPPY VICTORY MONDAY.   The Philadelphia Eagles have won Double Digit Regular Season Wins for the first time in 5 Years:

17 - 13-3 - Super Bowl

18 - 9-7 - Playoffs

19 - 9-7 - Playoffs

20 - 4-11-1 (Down Year)

21 - 9-8 - Playoffs

22 - 10-1 (Projected 16-1/15-2) - Can clinch Playoff Berth next week with 5 weeks to go

Every 10-1 Eagles Team made it to the NFL Championship.

Yup brought this up last week as my reasoning as to why i was cheering for Minnesota and not Dallas. I tend to think Minnesota is gonna stumble to a team like the lions on the road. I think the toughest game Dallas has over the next three is colts. However it’s at home, short week for the colts and Dallas pass rush likely feasts on Matt Ryan.

It’s faulty reasoning. If we slip up and Minnesota overtakes us, we drop from the 1 seed to the 2 seed. Yes we lose the bye but we still have home field over everybody else.

If Dallas overtakes us we go from 1 to 5…at best, possibly even a 6. Much worse position to be in.

F Dallas

10-1.

Win any 5 of our next 6 games and we're the #1 seed. Just keep winning. We're allowed one slip-up, even if both Minny and Dallas go 6-0.

The defense carried us last week. The offense carried us this week. That's what good teams do.

Re-watching some of the game and wow - Miles Sanders - had himself a game last night.   Ran with force, pounded the ball North- South and added finesse when needed.

Two TD’s and  closed it out at the end with the first down run. Amazing night from Sanders.

They aren’t going to make any kind of coaching change at 10-1.  It wouldn’t make a difference anyway.  The special teams personnel is bad

Any update on CJ?

Gannon drives me nuts but I have to give the defense somewhat of a mulligan since the Eagles special teams gave the Packers the ball on the 50 the entire game.

This is how I feel.   I think Dallas slips up against the AFC South.  Colts and Jags won't be pushovers.  I also see the Vikings slipping up.  If the Eagles beat Titans, Giants and Bears they will all but lock up the #1 Seed with 13-1 record.

True.  But the Eagles have the tougher road to finish the season.  Eagles could end up 3-3 in that span.  Vikings could conceivably go 5-1.   Eagles need to handle their business and can't let up.  No mercy.

Want them to put another 40 Burger on New Orleans....helps us towards the #1 seed and a better draft pick!!

Houston ran the ball right down our throats. When does Jordan Davis get back?

Yup. would suck to lose the 1 seed if that happened with Minnesota. but falling from 1 to 5 is worse. Basically on the road for the entire playoffs unless a bunch of upsets happened. Falling to the 5 seed you’d basically have to go to tampa then if you win likely minnesota/Dallas (whoever had the one). Winning the nfc east this year is going to be way more critical to your SB chances.

I don't know if he's healthy yet, but he's eligible to play next week against the Titans.

Congratulations on the win from a Packers fan. You guys have one hell of a team.
