Grant Calcaterra should not be one of them. I'm guessing (I haven't actually noticed) that they're not using Stoll there anymore since he's now too valuable on offense. So that's why they have Calcaterra running downfield instead.  I'm also not sure that Boston Scott should be covering kickoffs either.

And I still think that Nakobe Dean has been a huge disappointment on special teams. I noticed on one of the big returns, he was glued to his blocker and the return man just flew by him.

I'm still aghast at that last kickoff. It's like the other team is laughing at your ineptitude when they decided to return the ball from deep in their endzone. It's guaranteed other teams will start doing this too.

That’s what I was thinking, they are saying kick it to the back line, I’m bringing it out anyway cause your ST’s sucks

Blankenship seems the opposite of CJGJ, can lay the wood in run support but lacks coverage skills. Epps may have to step it up if CJGJ is out for an extended time. When is Maddox supposed to come back? What was once the strength of this team, pass defense, seems to be getting more and more injured every week. Wallace had a decent showing too, remember him making some plays on defense. Some of these younger guys are going to need to step it up.

I hope you guys have a great rest of the season and healthy as well.

Go beat the Vikings, just like you did the Cowboys!!!

We’re not used to losing and it hurts.

It's what the 2020 season felt like for us. I think you'll rebound. I also think it would be silly to try to move on from Rodgers. This is the aberration year. It's a mistake to think it's the new norm.

Turnover free football was really nice to watch, got to get back to that … btw Miles is doing a fine job running but an excellent job with ball security, got point out some positives.

He seems to be really focused on it.  Last night he broke free and was running away from some defenders, but must have felt them nearby, and he covered up the ball with both arms.  It slowed him down and he was tackled very soon after, but he had already broken a big gain and most importantly, maintained possession.   By comparison, Brown was fighting for yardage on a play that was dead in the water, and got sloppy with the ball... again.   He's been rather cavalier about ball security recently.  That needs to change.

Browns next catch, he got held up again and right away covered up the ball as much as he possibly could. So that was nice to see

Even at his age I think a huge bidding war would happen

I see we gave up the most rushing yards since 1983, oh man.

We scored the most since 1948. Don’t feel too bad 😂

Agreed.  But, that's the MO in the NFL.  If a player shows a tendency to fumble... its like blood in the water to sharks.  They are going to be relentless stripping at the ball.  He's got to stop putting it on the ground for weeks on end to make that stop.  So, yeah, he needs to cover up with two arms in traffic moving forward and he needs to not fight for every inch he can when he's surrounded by 4 or 5 defenders.  They will hold him up and strip at him until the whistle blows.

Get rid of these please and thanks.

I was thinking for the color rush, a grayish jersey, midnight green numbers. Then grayish pants with a fat midnight green stripe or vice versa. It's different from the played out black and sticks to actual eagles colors.

49ers are the new betting favorite to win the NFCCG. Crazy they haven't given up a second half point since Week 7.

Sanders now has 900 yards and 8 TDs both are career high.

Pleased for him after last season and getting injured so much. I honestly think they’ll bring him back. Unless he’s lights out until the end of the season in which case he’ll demand more

They suck though, yesterday proves it!!!

Not sure that they're a slam dunk SB team, but that defense is very good.

They match up pretty well against us. And I think Ryans is the type of DC that could really slow us down. Not a slam dunk, not even sure if they should be favorites either, but they have a good team. Wouldn't be surprised if they are in the SB or not really.

So the Eagles problems on STs is identified right here (open full tweet to see STs snaps):

With Scott playing nickel and not getting gunner snaps. Back up LBs, back up DBs and back up TEs aren’t getting the job done.   Really need the All 22 to come out to get a better view but the lane discipline is awful on defending the returns.  After the Eagles second touchdown, Blakenship and Wallace allowed the return lane by getting blocked out of the play.  They abandoned their lane responsibility and played right into the blocks that created the lane.  The  blocking on returns isn’t much better.

Dolphins @ 49ers this week is going to be a good game. Should be a good test for both sides.

This is crazy. They're worse than us and Dallas.

I’d argue play love now with the playoffs being small percentage. See if he gets better and improves. If the packers lose out and he plays awful then there’s a good chance they go 4-13. Picking in the top 5 is likely. Might be able to get stroud or young if they actually really love either of them or trade back and stockpile more picks or take best available player there.

The Eagles are once again setting up to be the most disrespected 1 seed in the NFL.

I like it.

Demeco Ryans will have his pick of teams coming up this year.

Curious that there is no update on CJGJ. Hopefully he didn't lacerate a kidney or something. He seemed to be in a lot of pain if it was just some cracked ribs. Unless he just likes being dramatic, maybe.

Yup. I think he's going to be a good one, too.
