  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Speed was only part of the issue with the Watson TD. The other is that he took a bad angle on him.  Blankenship immediately came downfield at Watson and he should have moved laterally and gotten to the sideline. Hopefully that's something he can learn.

Angles were an issue for him in college.  Angles are instinctive more than learned.

Any news on CJ GJ?

Not sure which way to take this.

Sounds like no IR.

Why would you think that sounds like no IR?

Minnesota and its not even close.  No hate for the Packers.  I have a lot of respect for a city that literally owns the team.   But the Skol chant nonsense and their tough talk from a few of their lame fans pretending like they had what it took to come into our house and take over.    They got a little push back from the fans that were there and cried about it for years to come.

To quote Will Smith from Men in Black, before he lived it out on Chris Rock...

"Don't start nothing, won't be nothing."  They wanted to prove they were tough.  They proved they were soft.   We beat the crap out of them on the field that day, then went into their house and took it over while winning the Super Bowl there.

Winning it in their stadium was the icing on that cake.

They talk about you guys constantly on their message board.

It lets me know that we did our job

4th and 26 still hurts to this day. That scarred us for life. I really thought we could have beaten Carolina in the Championship Game that year.

So did we

Because I'll be back means I'm not done, I'll be coming back.

You can play with broken ribs. It's a pain tolerance thing, you wear a flak jacket. Unless it was a displaced fracture that punctured his lung or something. It's pretty unheard of for rib injuries to keep players out that long.

His reaction to the injury was one of the strangest things I've seen.  The way he sort of knelt, dazed and wobbling like Mortal Kombat "Finish Him".  I thought it was a stinger at first the way his shoulder/neck area made contact.  Usually with a stinger you'd walk off leaning to the side.  The way he ran off the field was so strange too.  No idea what to think of it.

"I'll be back" can mean he's gone for an extended period of time. Honestly, saying "I'll be back" sounds bad.

Have to agree. If so it hurts quite a bit.

When it’s all clicking, yes. But this team is more inconsistent overall.

That sounds like an extended absence if I'm reading the tone right. Damn.

Kinda what I thought when reading it, but these players are so damn cryptic all the time.

Any safety FAs out there worth looking for, a la Suh/Joseph signings?

All in on BlankenshipEra but looking at depth.

Could always bring Malcom out of retirement.

Guess the only question is if it's something like 4 games? 6? Rest of the season even if we make a deep run?

I don't think this team could overcome how many massive losses 2017 had either

2017 losses were Hicks, Peters, Sproles and Wentz.

2020 losses so far are Barnett, Davis, Goedert & CJGJ.

When was this Bdawk?

2013 and 2014. Scott Tolzien was the starter in 2013 with Rodgers and Seneca Wallace out.
