Yep.  They have a 7 game winning streak against us going back to 2011.  2008 was last Eagles win.  1-9 since 2005. Throw in the Wentz knockout playoff loss and the fact that our dominant SB winning team managed to lose to a non-playoff bound Seahawks team.

It would have meant more to beat them with Wilson still there, but Pete Carroll would suffice.  Pretty reasonable chance they travel to Philly for a playoff game this year too.

I thought it was finally going to happen back in 2017 when Wentz was on his tear, but that ended up being one of the only bad games he had that year

I think we could see more players stay in school an extra year with NIL. The elite college football players should still want to get to that second NFL contract as soon as possible, but there's not as much incentive for mid and late round picks.

That’s true. But someone also pointed out that he’s Nigerian, and Nigerians typically value their education very highly

The noise of that stadium really messed with them at the LOS that day.  No one in their right mind believes that a bunch of casual Seattle sports fans in the rain can create the loudest open air sports environment in the world.  That stadium was built to reflect and augment sound with every surface and gives them a huge home field advantage.  Fortunately that would not be an issue in the playoffs this year.

Also, wasn’t it the Seahawks that were absolutely obliterating the Eagles in the Reggie White memorial game?

Penn State left tackle Olu Fashanu told ESPN he's returning to school next year, a surprising move in NFL circles considering he is projected as the top offensive line prospect in the 2023 NFL draft.

Fashanu, 19, is a redshirt sophomore who is in his first full season as a starter at Penn State. Fashanu is 6-foot-6 and 310 pounds and played high school football at Gonzaga College High in Washington, D.C.

Fashanu established himself as one of the top offensive linemen in the country this season, with some scouts projecting him as likely a top-10 draft pick.

Fashanu said he rarely looks at social media and had no idea about his rising draft stock until teammates showed him a mock draft this season.

Fashanu told ESPN that he felt as if he has "unfinished business" at Penn State and that he's returning primarily to help the Nittany Lions accomplish bigger goals, specifically naming the Big Ten championship and a national title as two things he'd like to achieve in 2023. He stressed that the potential of the core of young talent at Penn State is appealing to him, and he's appreciative of the chemistry he has built with offensive line coach Phil Trautwein and with coach James Franklin.

Well, throw him on the radar.  Seumalo won’t be around much longer, Kelce is on the verge of retirement (with a replacement in the wings), Dickerson seems to prefer a LG rotation, Lane is talking about retirement, and Mailata pass protects like a RT.  This OL may dominate at times, but they also are going to need some attention.

So do you guys think the Vikings are for real or frauds?

Pickett looks decent out there tonight.

Frauds. They're still an upper tier team in the NFC but not nearly as good as their record indicates. They got smashed vs the Eagles and Cowboys and their only "good" win of the season (Bills) required divine intervention.

What a dummy, to just lose to Michigan and Ohio

I get why casual fans and Giants or Cowboys fans want to focus so much on St Louis 2015.

I have no idea why Eagles fans would.

Its like focusing on Tampa for Steve Young and wondering how SF ever happened.

That’s the craziest thing I’ve read in the last 30 years

I’m surprised the blog or TATE have never had a man cave / watch station thread posting the game setup.

Mine is just wall to wall Carson Strong Fatheads. Nothing to see here

What happened to Matt Ryan? He’s terrible now.

So have pick 6 when pitt wins tonight?

Yeah. He was supposedly a top 10 pick if he came out this year, and somehow doesnt seem to have come across any of our radars so far. I havent really ever noticed his name in any sites yet. Certainly not 1st round mocks.

Maybe he will be a top 10 next year. Or maybe his decision ends up hurting him.

Guess itll be someone to keep an eye on now.

This may be one of those guys though that surprise retires early. He wants to stay and get his masters degree, and was not aware of his rise up draft boards. So how much is he following football? How much does he love it?

Which NFL player scored the longest walkoff TD in NFL history?

Hint: that player is still playing today.

Another hint: doesn’t necessarily have to be an offensive player.

Last hint: Eagles played against this player this season.

Guessing it’s a pick 6 because Mike Quick has the longest offensive one

Edit: or duh, a ST’s one

Still can't believe Eagles held Taylor to under 100 yards rushing
