Have you applied for a variance?  Typically that goes to the Planning Commission first. They just make recommendations, not decisions.  Then the matter goes to the Zoning Hearing Board.  The Planning Commission recommendation goes to the Board of Supervisors of the Township and the Township may decide they want representation.  The Zoning Hearing Board will have legal counsel and a stenographer (the latter cost may be charged to you).  They will take testimony and then, usually at the next hearing approve the decision. You could be waiting a couple of months. 

We didnt apply for a variance, because it was approved where we requested. 20 feet from the road, as spelled out in the documentation they had. 

At this point, the zoning guy has told us that they will be waiving the fee for a variance which would be $500 dollars.

Since yesterday when they came due to the complaint, they have maintained that this is their mistake and that theyd work with us.

Ill believe it when I see it, but Im hopefull that is the case. Im not thrilled that theyve still decided to put a stop work order on this project when they see my thousands and thousands of dollars of lumber sitting right out in my yard by the road. Its covered with tarps, but its going to be sitting there for at least 3 weeks now while we wait for this hearing on the 20th.

And my poor builder is out of work for the next 3 weeks leading up to christmas. Really sucky thing theyve done.

A new mock on TDN has 32 picks in round 1. They are just so off their game this year on that website.

Anyway, the players for the eagles are Christian Gonzalez at pick 7. First CB off the board. Its the first Ive seen him have a turn. But other sites have had Ringo, Cam Smith, or Porter, so I guess he was due for his turn at the top of the CB rankings.

With our other 1st they have us taking Jared Verse.

Id be thrilled with those two players in round 1. 

Our 2nd round pick is Sean Tucker.

 

I dont think we should go RB this early in this amazing RB draft. But thats a great trio of players.
