I'm comfortable with Jalen Carter and/or Bryan Bresee at DT, but if it isn't one of those two then I believe DT can be more of a 2024 draft need.  I believe Howie can get what he needs for 2023 at DT from the free agency marketplace, just as he has done with Suh and Joseph this season.  With the 2023 Day one and Day Two picks I would rather see a double dip at EDGE/DE rather than DE/DT ... unless the DT is Carter or Bresee.

Agreed

I agree with you. There isn’t any other DT I like at this point other than those two, and they’ll both be top 15 guys. There’s plenty of EDGE guys like the one from Notre Dame & Kansas State that both look awesome and will likely be there around our 2nd 1st round pick.

With the Panthers going to the Super Bowl?

Good call. He had a flukey good year, got trounced in the Super Bowl and his career was downhill from there, including ruining his shoulder to the point it essentially ended his career.

At what point do we finally put Antonio Brown in a mental hospital? Going to be a shame when he inevitably kills himself/someone else. He very clearly needs help.

Minor concern is Sirianni or even Hurts getting too caught up in AJ Brown revenge game and forcing the ball to him, getting too cute, etc

Notice how he keeps his eyes downfield and is able to get the shoe out accurately under pressure

The way he climbs up the pocket with pressure coming at him head on. That’s my QB1

You know damn well AJ is going to get fed the ball, a ton.  I’m just more concerned with the fact that the passing game has fallen off dramatically since the Steelers game.

Before the Pittsburgh game, the Eagles were top 3 in the NFL in passing yards per game and yards per completion.

Since the Steelers game, they are 31st in the NFL in passing yards per game and yards per completion.

Fanboys can put their heads in the sand all they want, but defenses have adjusted.  And how the Eagles answered was to run the ball more, just like last year.  Running is great and it’s my favorite part of football, but you need a downfield passing game to win when it counts.  And we don’t have that, all of the sudden.

agreed the passing game has become a problem.  Lately they cant throw the ball down the middle at all.

Losing goedert didn't help but yeah even before that seems the passing game had taken a step back, was miffed at why Watkins wasn't more involved, seemed they were playing a fair amount of 12 and even 13 personnel but if I had to choose between quez or still I'm putting Quez in the field more, problem is Hurts doesn't or can't consistently push the ball down the field.

Been nice to see Watkins get more involved since goedert went down hopefully Siri and Steichen keep him more involved instead of stoll when goedert comes back and if that's the case will be interesting to see if hurts can get him and the other 3 the ball.

One of the best.  I have a tough time saying that any new uniforms are better than what teams used to wear.  I can't really think of a team that has improved their look in recent makeovers.  I wish so bad that teams would realize how great the bright pastel colors look rather than all of the dark navy and black uniforms.

They might be. I still think I give a slight edge to the Giants' retros.

Chargers, probably because they moved away from the dark navy and went to bright pastel colors, ironically enough.

Yea, their uniforms are pretty flawless, although the Junior Seau uniforms would be a great throwback.  Same with the 49ers when they ditched all of the black trim a few years back.

Agreed on the old unis. I grew up in the ‘80s, and I think a lot of them would be better options. I think Denver should go back to them, as the old logo on the helmet was phenomenal. Too bad the Texans aren’t the Oilers. Those unis were elite. Seattle should go back to their old ones. I hated Tampa’s creamsicle jerseys when I was a kid, but I think even those would look nice nowadays.
