Personally I don't want to see Michigan-Ohio St again.

This is a dumb move by the Eagles. You don't put a guy on IR because you need a roster spot for a week or two, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Seems very shortsighted of them to do this.

No surprises for the roster moves. I thought it was odd how there’s been nothing reported on what Quinn did other than "knee”. But since he’s not going to IR, I guess he just tweaked it.

Well, since you don't know the extent of the damage of the lacerated kidney, maybe you don't actually have any idea how long the recovery time really will be.

I disagree. They are doing the opposite of playing the long game. They're sacrificing someone for 4 games because they're worried about being a man down for a week or two. Probably because of the special teams issues. If they have just rode it out, he would've been back likely next week, if not, the week after.

Just kick Milton Williams out to DE.  Eagles already have a rotation of Cox, Hargrave, Suh, Davis, and Joseph at DT.

Damn that's a bummer about CJGJ.  We might have Malcom Jenkins by the point of that Cowboys game though.

 

Good news to have Jordan Davis back though.  What a DT rotation that is going to be with Davis, Hargrave, Joseph, Suh, Cox & Milton.

He didn't bait anything.  He checked to make sure he could get a good advance before touching it.   If LSU was paying attention, then he just lets it sit.

BTW... I don't know who will win this LSU/UGA game, or Purdue/UM.   But, I want to go on record and say that I have zero interest in any team that didn't win their conference, or at least make the conference championship game in the playoff.   No team getting a bye this weekend should be a part of the playoff.  Just not in the spirit of competition to have a team benefit from not playing a game while another team that had the privilege of playing today is penalized for their success.   BUT... it will happen.  USC and TCU likely are out now, and OSU and Alabama likely get in to the playoff now.   NCAA system is broken.... still.
