I respectfully disagree.  Having him take up a roster spot for four weeks unnecessarily is the dumb move.  My belief is that he will be lucky to be back healthy even after the four weeks.

Not that it matters, but I don’t think any team would claim him and block him. You don’t want to piss off an agent or player in that scenario.
