  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

And now Saban is whining about the fact that his team had some injuries during the year.   Boo hoo.  All teams have to go through that gauntlet.

That’s funny - he could probably field 2 competitive teams with his roster.

I always liked DGunn. Don’t know what method NBC Sports was using when they decided who to keep and who to shitcan.

Maybe in a few years Kelce will be on pre/post game live. It would be about as much fun and entertainment as when Kruk does a Phils games.

$$$ probably. DGunn was there forever, he probably was one of the more expensive employees.

Yup.  His 5 star recruits are backed up by....

another 5 star recruit.

What's the point of changing the name of Aunt Jemima to Pearl Milling Company when the commercial says same great taste as Aunt Jemima with a huge Aunt Jemima logo?  Sorry, commercial just ran during the game and it just doesn't make sense to me. It's like the Commanders saying still the Redskins.

Virtue signaling… without the loss of valuable branding.

Cause George Floyd or something I forgot the lunatic reasoning

I honestly already forgot the new name, so would likely assume it was the store brand if I saw it at the local market (which probably is the right call in the first place).

You know the committee can’t help themselves but to put Ohio St. or Bama in.

As a one loss team, with the only loss to an undefeated team, at least Ohio St. would have some sort of argument. Alabama has lost twice, both times to teams with multiple losses.

It ain’t the same thing. But since they’re Bama, excuses are always made.

Lol is that the new Strat...delay kicking the ball so someone runs into you?

Ohio st will replace USC

I hate playing the Titans. Feels like they always have our number.

That play looks very familiar (post undercut by a cross, that freezes the safety).

Or assuming Michigan wins...you go 1. UGA 2. MIchigan 3. KSU 4. Utah.

Honestly, I think that’s fair. What’s the point of having conference championship games if winning them means nothing? Otherwise they’re just exhibition games, only with more fanfare.

With zero big play ability from Purdue that’s a wrap

So what happens to that one high profile athlete that surprisingly committed to Jackson State because of Deion?

Does the FBS recognize FCS commitments?

This is why it's good that they are expanding the CFP.

I'm no Bama fan but I'd rather see them in there over Ohio St and TCU.  Georgia will probably destroy both those teams.

On another note, I'm glad the ACC is doing away with conference divisions. Other conferences should follow.

Never understood the drama behind it all.  There was no drama until someone decided to make it drama.  Her own family was against the decision to change the name.  Smh.

The Birds are headed down the stretch and looking for a soft landing right in the #1 Seed and Playoffs.  Only 6 games left.  It's already been a Historic Season, might as well keep it going. 10-1 and the Best Record in the NFL just as we start December Football.  Is this not a wonderful place to be folks?   Next up the Titans.  They started the season a little slow losing their first two.  Then they roared off 7 of the last 9 games.   Mostly on the feet of Henry.   The Birds are undefeated against the Houston Oilers but since they've become the Titans, things haven't gone as well.  1-5 over the last 6 games since 99.   The only win was a blowout during Chip's time here.  Andy and Donovan lost several, then Doug lost a close one in OT.   We have yet to win in Tennessee.   Thankfully we are in Philly this time.

Obviously AJ is playing his former team so there's a storyline there.   This is by far the toughest AFC Team we will face this year.  In the 6 games thus far since they became the Titans, 3 were close, 3 were basically two score or more blowouts.   So I'm going to fall somewhere in the middle.   Titans run Defense is good but they haven't faced a QB like Jalen.  Also their pass Defense is one of the worst.   Our Run D hasn't been the hottest either but we did keep JT and Aaron in check for the most part the last two games.  Also Davis is back in the rotation.    I feel like the high flying Air Attack makes a comeback this game like the Steelers game.   But I also think our Run Game is going to do better than people expect.    Titans are playing well this season but we are playing much better.

I think the Defense will key in on Henry and force Ryan T to attempt to beat us with his WR's.  Also The Bids are 5-1 at home this season already so I feel much better than if this was in Tennessee.    You can also throw history out as this Team has defied History all season.  Winning in Arizona for the first time in 21 years.   Starting 8-0 for the first time in Team History. Finally taking down Aaron Rodgers after many losses.   Breaking all types of records along the way.  So today should be no different.  Also the #1 Seed and Division isn't locked up just yet.  Yes it's an AFC team so this doesn't hurt our conference record but a win is a win.  They need to stay ahead of the Vikings and keep a two game lead on the Division.  Titans go out swinging but won't be enough. AJ Big Game incoming.  Birds move to 11-1 and pretty much lock in a playoff berth (All those NFC Teams won't make 11 wins, imo).

BIRDS - 34

TITANS - 16

Jalen - Rush TD

Miles - Rush TD

AJ - 2 TD's

Jake FG x 2

Defense: Multiple INT's, Multiple Sacks, Fumble Recovery

Even with Jordan davis back I can't imagine this team slows Henry down unless we get up two scores somehow. Davis was already playing a small percentage of snaps before the injury, I doubt they give him a full workload in his first game back.

The offense cannot afford to get behind in this game, Tennessee is going to do exactly what Washington did. Run, run, run and win the TOP battle. The colts stopped Taylor on their own when they abandoned the run game, don't expect the titans to do so.

I'm glad they put CJGJ on IR, if we can't win 2 games without him (that should be all they need to lock up playoff berth, probably 3 for #1 seed) we have bigger issues. This gives him 4 full weeks of recovery, no need to rush him back for later games that hopefully won't mean anything. Blankenship and epps should be fine for now, and when CJGJ comes back it can be him and Blankenship.
