The solution is just to keep him in the pocket unless it’s a designed run.  It’s not a fatal flaw.  But the OL is going to have to get better at keeping him in the pocket.

Especially rolling to his left. When he has to throw back across his body like that he won't get it downfield.

We have a huge OL.  If only we had a big back to run it instead of Hurts.   That's punishment that he takes that's 100% unnecessary.    Run on 1st down and goal with Hurts, he gets lit up and held up.  So, the solution is to run on 2nd down with Hurts again.

I didn’t like the draw but don’t mind the outside run. 

To Covey's credit he's on the best two game stretch of his career thus far. 

Now this is the Covey I saw on the college highlights. I noticed he's not going straight into the pile today. 😁

Really, the whole team minus the OL and Epps looks very good today.  21-10 against a dangerous team at halftime is great.

Literally all I said was his throw was Fing terrible and we should have scored 2 plays earlier

Ya, can't complain because Miles got a great block there.  I'd still like a pass option there.  Not just a straight QB sweep from pre snap.
