It doesn't matter if I missed your sarcasm font or not. Its a story and I have context. The national media is trying to say he is evil for what he did as a kid. I myself am way different than I was as a kid. Racism is about keeping people down and giving them billions as a partner is not how you do that.

I am sure Jurrah would have loved to hire SB winner Dungy instead of SB winner McCarthy but Dungy took himself out of the coaching hire cycle a while back.

Jason Garrett before that was a 7 year Cowboys player and 3 1/2 years as the current OC. Its not nefarious to hire him.

Wade Phillips? Parcells? Now we are back to about 2001 before you can legit question a hire.

The hiring cycle of 6 white dudes and maybe 1 minority over and over again is a systemic problem. Trying to single out 1 owner for their hiring is stupidity, especially when he has hired 1 head coach in the last 12 years. Its not a shot at you, its a shot at the celebrity protesters like Kaep and Sally Jenkins (good writer but clueless here) trying to make Jerrah 'the man' in this case.

Ignorant people like LeBron cry NFL racism when NBA GMs are white as snow (24 of 30 not black as of 2020) Coaches are similar (23 of 30)

The NBA had 14 black head coaches in 2012 so they have a huge problem.

No one has said he is evil. I don’t know whether racial prejudice whether unconscious or conscious has influenced any decision he has made. Let’s also not pretend that he didn’t grow up in a highly racially prejudiced environment. Nothing is unfair about looking at his past and asking questions about decisions he has made. Also, it was a joke and I am sorry making fun of a billionaire’s past mistake hurts your feelings.

Cowboys due for a letdown after that game

Playing houston next week. They could sleep walk to that victory.

Probably but never know

Cowboys fans on Twitter think they’re the best team in the NFL, most of them are using the logic that we only beat the Colts by 1 therefore we’re inferior.

can’t wait for Christmas Eve

If you would’ve told me before the season that with 5 games to go Hurts already threw for 3000 yards, 20 TDs, and only 3 picks I would’ve called you an idiot. Kudos to him.

Very eager to see how he performs in the playoffs.

I wouldn't write off the 49ers yet. I think Brock Purdy will do okay. He doesn't have to do much either.

2022 Hurts > 2017 Wentz

With the injury to Jimmy Garoppolo, it really is coming down to the Eagles and the Cowboys. If the Eagles can win 4 out of their next 5, the playoffs are going to go through Philadelphia in the NFC. I think that’s a huge advantage where Dak has to go on the road in a cold crazy environment in January. Likely after a wild card game that’s likely in tampa as they’d be the 5 seed.

I think the AFC is way more open between the bills, chiefs and bengals. With Miami as a possible darkhorse. I still don’t trust tua fully nor their defense. Imo the chiefs have played the two teams that matchup the best against them in bills and cincy. and lost both. Furthermore, they struggled with the Titans, who had Willis at quarterback. Titans couldn’t throw the ball. And the chiefs barely managed to win that game. It could get very interesting in the AFC. Chiefs have the easiest remaining schedule of any of the teams as they have Denver twice, seattle, raiders and houston. Bills still have the jets, Miami, Chicago, bengals and pats. Cincy has browns, tampa, pats, bills and ravens. the bills have three losses and Cincinnati sitting at four. But they play each other in week 17. That week 17 game if the Bengals and bills keep winning might be for home-field advantage in the afc. With lamar out potentially multiple games i think the ravens are in trouble.

That didn’t look good

I'm going to say it... And I'm sorry... I'm really sorry... Dallas worries me.

Idk if I would say I'm worried but I'm definitely not in a "bring on Dallas its gonna be a bloodbath" type of mood that many are.

It's not gonna be an easy game and it's very possible we lose. Rush threw 3 picks in the first game and it was still close in the fourth quarter, and with how much this team loves to shoot itself in the foot Dallas can actually make us pay for it

They look good. Their offense is mostly clicking and they are putting teams away. I'm not saying we wouldn't win but they do worry me and I wouldn't want to play them in the play offs. Losing to them would hurt too much.

Dallas scoring 33 in the last quarter was wild. what happened exactly?

Turnovers

Maddox back this week?

He's eligible and then Goedert next week I think.....I will say, hope Maddox is back and ready......not scared of Giants going deep but the middle with dink and dunk seems like something Maddox can definitely help with...

Great performance yesterday.  The only downside was the penalties and they overcame those with relative ease and will be the better for it going forward.

The DL was a monster group yesterday and Hurts showed that the Eagles have no issue focusing on the passing attack when the game calls for it.  Only the very best Ds in the league are going to have a chance to stop this attack given the level of diversity.

Eagles scored 17 against the Colts.  Dallas scored 54.  Ouch

I fell asleep in the 3rd quarter, I feel fine (and rested).

I don’t take Dallas lightly, especially since we have struggled down there in recent years, but this is essentially meaningless. We also scored 40 against Green Bay in a win and they lost only scoring 28.

I had full expectations Dallas would rout them in the 2nd half, so I was in bed before halftime.

After the past 2 weeks, the defense should be well-rested. The Giants will not be.

They’ve got a helluva defense, so they might not be an easy out, but I can’t see them as a legit contender to win the NFC. They’re going to have to win a road game or two with Brock Purdy.

I'll say this.  Consider the 4th for Robert Quinn a loss.  Cut him and sign Ellis to the 53 once his PS call ups run out.  I'd rather have the positive impact on ST than no impact on defense.
