$12M/yr projected, that’s more than I figured - inflation…

The list for RG salaries is very weird.

1. Brandon Scherf - $16.5M APY - Ok

2. Wyatt Teller - $14.2M APY - Alright

3. Zach Martin - $14M APY - Sure, makes sense

4. Halapoulivaati Vatai - $9M APY - ????

So I guess anywhere between $9 and $12M would make sense.

  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

I'm not against signing him. But I think he will get paid. Not sure we can afford him. Remember what happened with Vatai, who wasn't even as good. Was a tackle, but ended up playing guard himself. I'd like to see if Dillard can play left guard and if so, can move Dickerson to RG. But Dillard may not be that cheap, but I'd assume cheaper than Seumalo. And does Dillard want to stay and play guard anyway?

I wouldn’t move Mailata and Dickerson off the left side until 2030 at the earliest.

Niners will rock on with Brock.

He throws a Purdy ball.

Giants' fans are comical.  Lots of them calling in to sports radio last night to defend Daniel Jones because he has no weapons, and his OL isn't that great, etc.

What they don't understand is Daniel Jones is EASILY replaced.  Worst thing they could do is commit money to him long term.  Even franchise tagging him for one year would be somewhere around $40M.  Giants should be in the QB draft in April; they could find another Daniel Jones anywhere in the first 3 rounds.

Good grief, the franchise tag is $40m for QBs?!  If you could get Daniel Jones back on a franchise short-term deal I'd do it.  Otherwise, yeah, I fully agree.  He's very easily replaced.

You just said it "you are going for it”.

That’s why you don’t do it.

Lots of Baker haters here!  I don't love him, I just don't think he's nearly as bad as he was in Carolina.  The 9ers have an amazing passing game, I think it would be quite a bit easier to put up good numbers there.

MORE OFFENSE

Phillies got Trea Turner. Great player.

Dickerson's leg will fall off by then. 😁

Trea Turner Fing sucks. I don't get why people are excited by this. Another overhyped Nationals prospect in a long line. This is a terrible move.

Big V’s contract was based on him being a starting tackle, right?

Hey great call on your harper isn’t having TJ surgery cause you knew more than Jayson stark. Nailed that one.

They will just use some duct tape and super glue and be back out there fine.

It's been since Jason Peters I've seen someone every game death crawl to the sideline to be magically fine 5 minutes later.

Verlander to the Mets

Cue a down year for him

Mixed feelings on Turner

It's already been confirmed he isn't getting TJ surgery. As I said. But keep living in a bubble breh.

Can't believe Peters is still playing. He was washed so many years ago. I think I posted on the previous board about 5 years ago to get rid of him. It was sacrilegious for awhile to say a bad word about him. He turned me off at the end.

I suppose so, but they immediately moved him to G first chance they got. Not sure how much T he actually played for them.

They are ill informed. It's a conjured up story so they can overhype the comeback when he returns and make it more dramatic.

We're talking about Canada?  I feel like if I was "randomly dropped in" I'd already be as good at soccer as our national team members.

A free throw in basketball is about the only thing I could do.

A 25-yard FG is easy

a 6-foot putt would depend on which golf course.  Augusta, or a US Open course?  Good luck.

MVP race will be interesting for sure. Hurts and Burrow took steps forward. Mahomes and Tua may have slid back a bit, and now that dang Britain Covey has decided to put himself in the mix.

It's pretty incredible, but Phillies have done a great job in signing big contract free agents in last few years and it's great that they're relevant and peeps want to play here. Grabbing free agents in their prime ( not what the Mets tyically do, minus Lindor): Wheeler, Harper, Schwarber and now Turner. Can count resigning Realmuto as well, as he was a free agent. Got a feeling, as soon as Castellanos moves out of Ben Simmons house he will be good to go too.
