I think Purdy and that D could steal a game from Commanders/Giants and maybe Seahawks. Not sure against Dallas but I think you can pencil them into playing the Bucs at this point (unless we collapse, then its us vs the Bucs)

Next three weeks is super interesting with the niners. Facing tampa, seattle and Washington. If they go 3-0 it would be pretty impressive with purdy. I think they likely go 2-1 which I still think they get the 3 seed and a home playoff game. Frankly if I’m the 2 seed I’m hoping they don’t finish 9-8, make the playoffs and they get the 7 seed and Jimmy G returns wildcard weekend

At the end of the day they still had a chance to win it at the end.  Hurts threw two passes that were good enough to be the game winners but Reagor dropped both.

Williams was toast by that point in the year.  He couldn't land on his front leg and just kept falling off the mound, as a result.  They had no alternative.  Was that Williams' fault, the manager's for continually going to that well, the GM's fault for not having enough behind him, or just the way the cookie crumbled for a team that really had no business being there in the first place?
