If the Raiders just don't commit penalties and tackle them in the field of play the clock runs out well before they get in range.

Head to head isn’t the first tiebreak in draft order, so that Saints win doesn’t matter.

No joke, the Rams ran out of timeouts so the raiders started personal fouling them to stop the clock so the Rams could come back
