Obviously.   However, using the criteria that a player who had to come off the field with an injury timeout returns to the game as proof that he was faking is just a ridiculous argument.  Players come back into games from injuries all the time.

Milton Williams has been more noticeable and more destructive after Davis/Suh/Joseph came back than when they gave him more snaps as a run stopping DT before.
