  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Good idea.  Could also maybe use him on some FG fakes, if the opportunity ever presents itself.

He wears #10.  He'll be as good as the greatest holder ever.

Detroit is still a team that makes me nervous for the future.  Getting Jameson Williams back gives them a couple of deep threats to go with 2 good backs.  They have a really good O-Line and have that Rams pick which could also be Will Anderson along side Hutchinson.

Yup.  With the Giants and Seahawks loss, the are now playoff relevant.  They are headed in the right direction.

I think how Goff finishes the year and in playoffs determine what they do with him. He has been really good the last 3 weeks. 8 tds and 0 picks. However up til the last 3 weeks he was 11 td and 7 ints and 3 lost fumbles. Also think it depends on how they feel about young and stroud who could be there when they are picking and they might not be picking that high again so they’d have to determine if either one has a higher ceiling than Goff

8 minutes, 15 plays, zippo.

Here's a prediction: When the Eagles place Siposs on IR, they will not sign a punter to the 53-man roster. Instead they will sign a veteran to the practice squad and then activate him from there for three straight games. Eventually they'll have to put him on the active roster, but they can buy three weeks of roster flexibility that way.

I also agree about what someone said earlier about signing Anthony Harris. Anytime K'Von Wallace is near a play, something bad is happening. He's a disaster waiting to happen.

Using this as a jumping off point but I believe I read somewhere that once playoff start, elevations become unlimited with no player limits.

How many of those bad games were missing St. Brown and Swift?  Their offense with Goff is legit.

"A practice squad player can be elevated for a maximum of three regular-season games in the same year and any number of postseason games without taking up a spot on the 53-man active roster. Last year it was just two."

Did the EMB just crash?

Tbh Williams has been pretty damn good in the absence of swift and they still aren’t using swift like you’d think they would. I’m willing to bet if Goff plays well down the stretch they continue with him however if he reverts back i could easily see them going young Qb that’s cheap especially if they really like young or stroud. I’m curious to see on the postseason with Goff. There’s a reason mcvay and the rams traded him away

I wonder if it’ll win him another imaginary MVP award

Tua did not have an MVP type 1st quarter.

2 for 7 for 13 yards 39.6 rating

Then why pick out the QB versus any other position. Hard to comprehend how sitting Hurts has nothing to do with Hurts but okay

Because the QB has the most impact on the possibilities that 3-10 becomes 4-10 rather than 3-11.

So with today's results, the NFC playoff picture has distilled down to the following:

  • The Eagles and Cowboys will be either the 1st or 5th seeds
  • The Vikings and Niners will be either the 2nd or 3rd seeds
  • The NFC South winner will be the 4th seed
  • Two of the Giants, Commanders, Seahawks, and Lions(!) will be the 6th and 7th seeds

Tbh this is a game they should run all over the chargers. Chargers run defense is ranked 29th.

It's feels surreal to say it, but you can't tell me that Herbert is a better QB than Hurts. Not anymore.

Even as I am typing it, I am having a hard time coming to grips with it, but I can't unsee what I have seen this season.

Hurts is the 2nd best QB of the 2020 class and he might overtake Burrow for the top spot at current trajectory.

The Dolphins O line is a mess.

Off Topic:  has any current NFL kicker attempted a drop kick.

I would trade Hurts for Burrow or Herbert straight up without hesitation.

People very easily forget how much a surrounding cast (players and coaches) impact a player's production, especially at QB. Hurts is being put in a great position to succeed right now. He's making all the plays and deserves MVP, but the coaches are scheming things up at a very high level and of course we have the OL and weapons to go with that. Herbert is the opposite. Very little is working in that offense.

Do Giants punters count?

That leads to Randall Cunningham is the best player in NFL history.

  • Terrible coaching
  • Terrible O-line
  • 7 SB winning teams in his division, etc, etc

This is big boy school. You get credit for being the best you can be and Herbert is not anywhere near close.

Herbert is a major disappointment so far. He couldn't beat the Raiders to make the playoffs last year.

Amazing it’s only the second game williams and Allen are playing together this year. Losing slater was pretty brutal blow to that oline hen linsley missed a couple weeks
