It's a shame that certain people feel the need to come to this thread and troll it.  There's no place for that here and there is really no place for that anywhere.  For most people this is the place to come for earnest football conversation.  Look no further to how I've been outlining the path forward that Jalen has taken.  The breadcrumbs were there to see it coming.  Hostile detractors though attacking it the whole time.

Wow.  That’s stunning and scary. Really sad.  I like him.  What a shock.

Based off other Twitter reports he’s still alive. But apparently doesn’t look good. Not sure why she said it that way she did cause even inside the report they didn’t report he has passed yet.

More of a fly by, folks are a little to soft for my taste

Yeah, I was in hospice 5 years ago tonight with a loved one.  Just an oddly positive yet sad place to be.  The nurses and caretakers are all so nice and upbeat, other families are there and everyone just goes about their business while they all know what they’re there for.

Oh for sure that’s the case with hospice. Kind of feel like probably shouldn’t report he’s passed until it’s made official. Bill snyder actually had two tweets one on the passing then correcting himself

The comment on this is great

Not to sound morbid, but this is the ideal time to have it.

Team is going no where, and it’s early enough that he can be back by next September. Plus, something something Call of Duty

I’m more shocked Jason Kelce is involved in this.

What do the Cards do with that fat contract when whoever plays QB next season plays better than him?

I actually thought about that when the news hit. I’m sure he regrets saying it cause i can’t imagine other programs and coaches like seeing that and liking it anyways. Then this happens. Oof

What do the Cards ever do? They’ll probably just do more of that

I had to Google who almost all of those people are.  Just looking at their pics, I’m not surprised in the least.  Does she think rappers are faithful, family oriented people?

Sean Payton apparently has some interest in being their HC, it made no sense to me as to why, but apparently the Cards gave him his first job in the NFL, so he feels a sense of obligation.

Sucks for murray. Never wish injury upon any player.

That said, I’ve never been a huge Kyler Murray fan. I thought since 2020 he was wildly overrated. Back when we played murray in 2020 i said i rather have hurts than murray. It wasn’t cause i thought in my wildest dreams hurts would become this great. It was i knew I’d have to pay Kyler a boatload of money and i don’t think he works as hard on his craft. He seems like a guy who loved the lifestyle football and playing the position brought and banked on his god given talent. At least with hurts you knew he’d work hard to try to become better even if it didn’t pan out

there’s two issues with murray. He tends to always get hurt and banged up. It’s never been to this extent. So I’m curious to see how he comes back from this injury. Secondly, he really has never progressed to getting better. I would argue he’s really made marginal improvements over the last couple years. He still makes the 2-3 WTF are you doing plays per game. His career over the last 2 years has kind of been the same every year. He comes out hot to start the season (although this year they didn’t). he puts up big stats for about 5 to 7 weeks. Then he begins to regress. then he gets hurt misses a couple weeks then finally comes back but the team and him bottom out.

not sure if they fire kingsbury who wants to take the cardinals job knowing murray may not be back til October next year at the earliest and who knows what he becomes after this injury

The only allure I could see for Payton in the Cardinals is the chance to be head coach and GM.  Keim has to be fired along with Kingsbury

Just what I was told from somebody who’s on the beat for the cardinals, he liked murray a lot thought he could maximize his talent and Az was at the top or close to the top for him. also told he might get some big say on personnel moves as there was a chance their GM is also fired with kingsbury.

if I’m Payton i wait for a job like the chargers or (maybe bills if they move on from McDermott if they stumble again) before taking that cardinals job especially now with Murray’s injury

Sean Payton was a ball boy for the St Louis Cardinals. I doubt he actually feels obligation for being a f’ing ball boy.

He's close with the Bidwell family apparently, I'm sure they will give him as much control as he wants, and if anyone can maximize Murray in the NFL, he's on that list.

I agree with LAC part though, that makes so much sense for everybody involved.

What if Bidwell offers him the same salary he was making there before?

He was on Cowherd's show a few weeks ago. He talked about his career with the Cards, how he started off being a ball boy, but got more responsibility and got to learn how to breakdown tape, learn schemes etc. He said he was still very close with the Bidwell family.

Remember when people thought Mac Jones was going to be a better QB than Hurts. Fun times 😅

Love seeing Agholor still doing Agholor things.  Mainly getting crunched and coughing it up
