  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Mac Jones with absolutely no effort on that play.

The only thing that could have made the Cowboys loss better was if the Jaguars had won it on a "Philly Special" play call.

Nice, can't ever go wrong with chuck roast. Think I'm talking myself into having chili now.

Nice recipe.  Put up my dried peppers a while back at the end of the season.  Had enough Hatches and Anaheim’s to make chili powder.  Also ground some anchos and chipotles.  Smoked over pecan like my paprika. Use all three along with my cayenne in my chili. Plus some of my lightly smoked (mix of dried only and smoked) Serrano. You can buy Arbol in the grocery and smoked chipotle and smoked paprika powder in the spice section but Anchos are hard to find. You won’t find smoked or dried Serrano or Serrano powder in the stores. Did most of my pepper powder grinding over the last week.  Even with a KN95 mask and a closed grinder, wreaked havoc on my sinuses for a couple days. (Do it outdoors).  You love roasted garlic

If you go brisket, use post oak for your smoke.  Hard to get in the northeast.  Good time to buy brisket at the end of Hanukkah. My grocers stick for Jewish holidays and put it on sale afterwards.

This year I grew several sweet (bell) peppers.  I dehydrated and used my food processor to make sweet pepper flakes. (Usually have to by Zatarain’s.). Can’t make good red beans and rice without sweet pepper flakes. Have my spiral ham for the hambone.

Even Philip Rivers would look at that tackle attempt and say Bro.......

What are we calling this play?

'Rhamondre not to do that again'

'The Bobby Boucher'

'Wrong Team A**hole'

Doug and the Jags control their destiny

at the Jets

at the Texans

vs the Titans

They hold the tiebreaker on the Titans.

Cool.  Go to the Jags board and get comfortable.

I think Jerry ought to redo Dak's contract, give him another 4-5 mil/yr. just because he's such a gem.

Chandler Jone is the man!!!!

The AFC playoffs should be entertaining.  It will be interesting to see how much trouble the Bengals can cause this year; they seem to have the Chiefs’ number.

The NFC looks right now to be the Eagles and Niners on a collision course, with how badly the Turds are playing.

I need to see both sideline reactions to that intercepted lateral

I bet Patricia tried to pull out his pencil from his ear and erase that from the play sheet and got mad because he couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t erasing.

Never thought I'd say this. I don't want to see the Lions in the Playoffs.

Ronnie Brown throwing the ball backwards on the goalline was the dumbest play I’ve ever seen. Until Myers just did that in the Pats game. Belichick has to be fuming right now.

Myers better enter the witness protection program

Love these lil blurbs, now that the Game is over. Thanks BigE.

I am in the N East. Access to great wood stocks.

Fine particulate is a problem when grinding and mixing. I rarely buy exotic spices anymore, grow, dry, grind and store. (and sneeze.)

I have about 60 lbs of cut Venison to deal with now. Mostly roasts but some tenderloin, backstrap and Quarters ( Shoulders) as well.

AppleWood to smoke some, Pork suet to mix in for Ground goods, Super Lean cuts get the sweet saute...Lightly spiced, of course.

Rough bits get the diced treatment and go into the Chili Recipe for the upcoming Squirrel Tournament Buffet. 5 gals is my usual.

Wild game is a challenge, not to everyone's liking. Sometimes it's best to say " Try this" and tell em later what it is. They usually smile.

My Venison was running around the woods 5 days ago...til I saw them.....Hung and aged in the *40s, final detailing after 5 days.

Been doing this a long time. Always looking for new ways.

I enjoy these exchanges. We should get a room....or a Food Channel...

Who was Meyers even throwing it to? He threw it right to Chandler Jones, Mac wasn't even close.
