Because his answer standing at his locker wasn’t "Minshew is playing.” Someone asked him something and he gave a detailed answer which included what coverage he hoped to see because Minshew was good with that against the Jets game.

Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni saying there’s a chance he plays is literally giving Dallas a head up if it’s true. It doesn’t make sense. So it’s either Nick and Jalen, two people who are coached up what to say before giving interviews had a slip of the tongue, or some random teammates at their locker let out more than they should.

Further, Hurts has always said he doesn’t want his opponents to see him bleed. That’s why he pops up right after every hit. It’s why he told Mailata to "pick him the F up” while Mailata told him to stay down. Of course he’s going to say he’s fine now. That’s his DNA.

And no, a 13-1 team that has an MVP candidate should not be playing mind games if everything is fine. They should be doing it if there is a real scenario Hurts doesn’t play.

A reporter was let in the locker room. You don’t think the players were coached up before he was let in especially when they knew the question was coming? He may play, he may not. Either way it’s an advantage to put multiple things out to the media 13-1 or not. These QBs require 2 different gameplans.

We turned a shower tub combo into a seven foot standing shower thanks to some dead space but yeah expanding a bathroom is very difficult

Eliminating Linen closets or other projections in the Bath can steal some space for expansion but then it becomes a game of repurposing load bearing structures, Blind Headers, stealing space from adjoining rooms and on and on.

As I said, anything is possible with a big saw and a big pocket book.

Personally, I love the Built-In Shower thing. Full Tile, All Glass Enclosure, add a Steam Generator and MultiPort Water Supply,

Marble Corner Seat, and Last-Up's Vegetable Girl to scrub your back. Now we're talkin!

Which is why Sirianni and Hurts are acting like he will play when they know he’s not.

The National Football League is in advanced talks to give Google’s YouTube exclusive rights to NFL Sunday Ticket, a subscription-only package that allows football fans to watch most Sunday afternoon games, people familiar with the matter said.

An agreement could be reached as early as Wednesday, following a meeting of NFL owners, who approve rights deals.

NFL games live on YouTube? Can't say I saw that coming.

Good for you HE. Need a Builder??? :angel

Most don’t but with the complaining neighbor and his lot setup, I can see the zoning officer punting to the hearing board. Now when the neighbor complains again, he can point to an official decision.  Of course, I was on the other side of things as a planning commissioner and a borough councilman. Many a time I testified as a citizen (and several as a councilman officially representing the borough) defending decisions on our ordinances. (Interestingly, never against a residential issue, always commercial or industrial). Several times I watched a lawyer suggesting what council meant by an ordinance (they could be real creative) only to testify that I thought council meant what we actually said in the ordinance and really meant.  The board members and their solicitor would have to hide their grins knowing that I had worked with out solicitor in wording the ordinance in question.  Rarely had appeals to the Court of Common Pleas and won all of those.  Zoning ordinances are meant to let a property owner know what can be done with the property while protecting the property rights of adjacent owners.  I can’t tell you how many neighbors thought those and our nuisance ordinances should be weapons against actions of neighbors they don’t like.  Sounds like HE got caught up by one of those.  Man I disliked those people. When they would present to the Commission, my committee or council, the first question I would ask is did you speak to them?  90% of the time, the answer was no.  HE needs his kids to TP her house next Halloween.

You’re guessing that they know that he’s not playing. I’m saying there is a real chance he plays, not guaranteeing it.

Double over or microwave over oven?

Add to that it's in Jerry World so you know the refs will be helping the Turds a little here and there.

A loss in this game wouldn't be the end of the world.  Minshew could play well or he also could play bad.  He hasn't played any meaningful football since the Jets game last year.  Might be extremely rusty.  I'd love to see a very heavy run game called, like 35-40 runs, maybe 20-25 passes.

At the very minimum make it a close game down to the wire.

Double oven is probably what I'm looking forward to most when we finally get to the addition/renovation.

Ever land on your shoulder with all your weight and someone else’s?  Happened to me playing basketball at 16. Really just a bruise with a bit of stretch to my muscle. No ligament damage. Stiff for a few days but sore a couple weeks. The soreness went away with Advil. Given what happened to Hurts, I suspect that is what he is dealing with. No reason for him to throw in the walkthrough.  Nor "practice” tomorrow.  Not betting against him playing Saturday. My guess is  that it is a future game decision more than anything.

@LeanMeanGM My game prediction has to wait until the final injury report to know whether t predict a score where the Eagles have 315 points on Saturday so the predictions that Minshew would pass for more TDs that Hurts come to fruition.

Heard you guys like hot Canadian broads...

I thought of one because there are about four times a year that it would be nice but just not worth the space I would have lost.

If they could make it a reasonable add-on to YouTube TV that would be cool. I wouldn't be opposed to moving away from Sling.

I get that. I cook a lot so between a double oven and a 5th burner I could shave off a decent chunk of time for even every day meals. I'm super excited for it

CBS' Mock Draft has us taking OT Paris Johnson Jr. with the #9 pick.

If the top DLs are gone, this would be an intriguing pick. Paris can be plugged in at RG on day 1, and later be kicked outside as Lane's eventual replacement.

Not the way I would go, but still.

Dang, at first I thought you meant the real Rebecca. She and I have the same birthday.

RIP to the actress.

Having a really good offensive line for a sustained period of time generally means that you often use high picks to replenish it. It's what we do as an organization. Other franchises (like Washington for example) just don't. And they usually suffer for it. So from that perspective, I guess I could be okay with using a top ten pick on a top offensive line prospect. (Granted, I've never seen this guy play so I have no idea if he's good or not, but I have to assume he is based on the mock.)

Even so, I still expect them to use their first pick for a defensive lineman. That's also what we do as an organization and the need there is much more pronounced.

It’s Dak Asscott lol

If they don’t resign Isaac… and we don’t want to rely on Stoutland magic… and the top DL are gone… and they bring Bradberry back. I’m fine with more OL, probably not in the top-10.

That's where most of the best OTs are found.  Eagles have been weirdly fortunate at LT recently by finding guys that aren't top 10 picks.  But, Lane was #4.  Tra Thomas was #7, I believe, back in the day.
