Awesome play design. At first i didn’t know if minshew threw it well enough but absolutely fantastic call in that situation

Minshew just needs to calm down in the pocket.  Set his feet, be patient and throw.  Is he scared of Parsons?  The OL is doing a decent job.  If he takes his time, the can't cover the Eagles WR.
