They got a TD, but I hate the series inside the 10.  Just ugly football.

Allen did that same little juke and dive that Wentz attempted at the goal line against the Rams that turned his career.  Winced watching that live just now due to it giving me the immediate flashback.

As long as the Bills clean up the turnovers, they should be good now. Rams offense just doesn't have it tonight against the Bills D.

Yeah, it got weird there. If I were a Bills fan, Allen is being too exposed for my liking.

Not sure I agree.  A township or borough accepting a gated roadway has to deal with a public road that only some have access to. That doesn’t feel right. In 17 years as a councilman, about ten as a planning commissioner and 20 as a regional planning commissioner, I never saw a gates road adopted by a municipality.  The gated roads I saw (and drives in apartment complexes and condominiums) were privately owned and maintained.  The owners association set the rules on parking. @HazletonEagle   That would be easy to find out.  Just contact the municipality office where the bus stop is located and ask if the road is public or private.  If private, contact the property owners association and determine if there are any parking restrictions.  May want to beat this guy to whichever rules so he doesn’t seek parking regulations in his favor.   If you have any questions you think I might be able to help you find the answers to, just PM me.  Glad to help, if I can. 

Folks should understand things that can impact a property they might purchase because it is usually our biggest single purchase.  Pretty simple in PA.  Most libraries have a copy of the local comprehensive plan as to how the community plans to develop. If your property is adjacent to a neighboring community, be sure to review that.  Same with zoning laws.  Most Libraries have those too.  I know HE was talking about building a garage.  What are your community’s requirements on property offsets?   Where a fence probably isn’t usually impacted, a building, including a shed are.  What are the impervious surface requirements?  Drainage including seepage pits.  The property plat will show easements (my back fence is in a telephone easement so I did a dog run between my backyard neighbor’s fence and mine, for example.). If you are in a property owners (COA, POA, HOA) community be sure to read any deed restrictions and rules and understand what quorum is required for a change.   I also recommend checking CERCLIS before any purchase, which records contaminated properties recorded with the Feds.  (Result of Love Canal).

Our roads are maintained privately through HOA hoa dues- that goes for paving, as well as snow plowing. So we are in the township and pay taxes but dont really receive any service back for it. There are no no parking signs. 

The HOA technically doesnt allow parking on the roads, but thats not enforced for bus stops. Thats more for people not long term parking along the road at their house. Our roads arent wide enough to allow for that. 

HOA rules probably apply because you are describing a private road. Get a copy of the rules if you don’t already have them. Also do the rules differentiate between "standing” (vehicle stationary but occupied) and parking ( Vehicle stationary. Engine off. Not occupied.)  New owner may be right.

Yup.   The coaches need to stop putting him in harms way with these ROs, he'll expose himself enough on his own on passing plays where it falls apart.  No need for the extra hits he's taking... and multiple shots on each play.
