Something I've been saying since he took over as the starter.   He needed to be retrained.   He hasn't been.  In fact, the coaches have overly embraced him being a runner.  

Hurts doesn't even think about looking for a receiver when he scrambles.  Its 100% run every time.

Teams know if they all out blitz on 3rd down, Hurts panics, his eyes go down and runs around. Sometimes, he'll burn you, but it's a risk worth taking for those occasion where you want a 3 and out
