He had one play that was everything I hoped he'd be.  Hopefully that number grows significantly.

It really looked like they didn't give him a chance to just be a plug out there.  Seemed like he was moving laterally way too much at the snap instead of pushing and planting.

The division is ripe for the taking this year. Next week would be a huge win for momentum’s sake. Cowboys face Bengals.

Draft Micah Parsons with major character issues? Zaven Collins? Kwity Paye? Tell the Dolphins to go F themselves and draft Pat Surtain at 6?

Or, how about this one, go back in time and fix every single past mistake and then draft the guy who looks the best on Sept. 11, 2022? I assume that's where you're going with this.

Your argument is not genuine.

Yes it is, this defense is old and has 1 year bandaids everywhere.

Jalen Hurts does the Cam Newton Superman celebration vs. Panthers

Yeah... gotta say, I hate the Superman celebration.  Exactly the opposite of what you'd want from your leader.  It isn't about being Superman, it's about doing your job and distributing the ball to your playmakers around you.

yep. very self congratulatory. He is out there for himself and has everyone fooled that he is a great leader and locker room guy. BS. I know you see it too. The epiphany is coming for many others.

Fournette is a beast.

Ok, so you're passing up the 2022 1 to draft Pat Surtain or crossing your fingers Micah Parsons will be a changed man now that he's a millionaire? Bang up job, man.

Have you heard about him having any issues since he came into the league

Another awful Gannon trend that’s carried over into this season so far is the red zone defense. They are absolutely abysmal in that department. I get you’re going to give up yards in today’s league but they can’t hold teams to field goals for their lives down there.

Why not go for 2?

I wouldnt be surprised if he has. Probably every team has a similar guy, but Dallas has a guy who acts as an eraser. Became publicized a few years ago. Im sure theres a ton of behind the scenes stuff that we never know about, and it stands to reason that a sicko like Parsons is involved.

It's about that time for Dak to get his garbage time stats that make him look better than he truly is.

meh he seems very pedestrian till later in the game when people seem worn down.  Or he picks and chooses his spots to GAF.

I need 50 of those garbage yards and a TD to go to Schultz

Hard to get excited about a 3 point win over DET.  It was a win on the road in the first game of the year.  Not much else to be happy about.

The defense allowed 5 TDs on 5 Lions trips down the field.  Not sure the Lions even needed to line up for a FG all day.  The pick-six was the only bright spot.  One sack all day against a stationary QB.

The run defense was just bad.  Got gashed by Swift most of the day.

On offense the Eagles ran for more than 200 yards; that’s what they did last year and it was pretty easy again today.  AJ Brown was the WR1 as advertised today; 10 catches on 13 targets.

Very lacklustre effort from Hurts.  A pedestrian 18-for-32 and again running far, far too much.  17 carries has to make people wonder if we have a QB, or a RB who throws.  He was not very good at all in the 4th quarter, and nearly allowed DET to come back and steal the game late.

There seems to be a bit of a gray area in terms of what and what isn’t considered pushing off for a WR. But that subtle shove Mike evans gave diggs is what creates that separation and you see it a lot in games.

Yay, he hasn't assaulted anyone in 17 months (that we know of).

Are they really talking about the Cowboys dusty old last millennium rings?

No, it's pretty clear...extend your arm, push off.  Just about everything else is hand fighting.

Cowboys are done if they don't score on this drive
