2nd possession, had to convert a 3rd and 9 after a penalty gave them a 1st down on the drive, punt.

3rd possession, run for 2 yards, incomplete then sacked, punt.

I could keep going, but you see what I am getting at.  Tampa kept scoring, then took away the run and invited Jalen Hurts to keep up with his arm, and he could not.
