Cheaper than the last one

Cousins is 2-9 for his career in Monday night. I'm sure he'll have the game of his life tonight because it's against the Eagles

Cousins is also 6-3 against us.

Eagles - 31

Vikings - 23

Take Aaron Rodgers off the Packers and they’re bottom-5 in the NFL. The Vikings hype train is a little out of control.

I understand, somewhat, the pushback against a centuries old caste system. Some feel it's outdated, exclusionary.

The Monarchy, from my perspective though, is just intriguing. The Traditions, the Lineage, down to the smallest child, Titles bestowed, Knighthoods awarded ( Looking at you, Sir Nick Faldo)..

But what an awesome choreography of thousands of elements to run so seamlessly. Great Britain brought off the Queen's Funeral in regal fashion.

Well done.

..yeah a Priest dropped his card on the floor of the Abbey.... picked it up when the cameras were elsewhere...

Only glitch I saw...handled.

A comment I heard today on our coverage was the Monarchy reformed itself severely after WW1 and has done so since then to be smaller, less intrusive and modern (for them).  It is not to everyone's taste and that is nothing but fair. Some of it looked oldy worldy and perhaps now to be left to the past now, but a great spectacle.  The list of Sirs, Lords etc is a strange on in the world of Twitter, but its who we are and actually rewards those plebes who do so much to help their communities.

I was watching some of the horses who clearly wanted to bolt from the parade. I didn't envy the rider doing their best on the big day to control them.  My nephew was more interested in people walking though the horse poop. Teenagers...

It’s been a while since the Eagles had a game where the matchup didn’t look great, but they came out and shocked everyone with an impressive win. Last time that happened was probably 2018 where the Eagles beat the Rams on the road with Foles.

I think this game is pretty big for a week 2 game, because if the Eagles lose and certain aspects of the team like the defense look like crap, there’s going to be major skepticism about this team for several weeks considering the schedule for a while after this is pretty weak. So they have a chance to capture excitement or snuff it out pretty early until their next "prove it” game.

With the amount of alcohol likely consumed before fans enter the stadium it's either going to be a party or get very ugly

Has Hurts been booed yet in Philly?

Going to change my prediction

Eagles 27

Vikings 34

Hurts has at least one turnover.

Don't think so.

After last week, Gannon will get it the most.

Meh, it's week 2 in a 17 game season.

I want us to win(I dont think we will) but I'm also not jumping off a bridge.

Week 2 against a team that you just dont matchup well against in a division that isnt very good.

Hate to say it, but you could be looking at the NFC championship game

I didn’t say jump off a bridge either, but it’s a strong barometer game. Some games each season tell you a lot about what kinda team you have. Like last season it was obvious to anyone watching the team was a fraud because every time they played a good team they lost. And then so many fans got all fired up for the playoff game and they got crushed.

I don't remember people being fired up for the actual game against TB; there were people (myself included) happy the Eagles made the playoffs, because it ramps up expectations quicker.  I think pretty much everyone knew the odds of winning that game were slim, though.

, always comes down to the poop.

Hearse dodged a few droppings but one must maintain their line in the Procession, no?

It wouldn't do to weave around them. A sense of Import must be upheld.

Mounted regiments looked terrific.

Maybe not here, but people in the city were. I remember listening to talk radio all week leading up to it everyone convinced themselves the Eagles were winning.

I would love a stress free blowout win. It's been a while since we've had one of those against a good team. It's been a while since we've had any type of win against a good team.

Arguably the last one against a good team was vs. the Vikings at home in the NFC Championship Game.

Hang a Vikings Jersey on Rocky again...I dare ya...

Yup. People were convinced Brady wouldn’t be able to pass because of the weather and we would run our way to a win
