Its not like hes farting around in meetings and not taking things seriously.  He's being himself and that's exactly what you want.  Maybe the guys just a goofball, and one who happens to know how to coach a football team.

As far as what the other guys have to do with it--they are super serious and well thought of throughout the league (or at least were prior to this season).  No one would ever call them goofy, but Sirianni is clearly a better HC than either of them and I think its inarguable at this point.

Results matter and Nick is getting them. He wont be the first weirdo goofball to be a successful head coach.

If it actually came down to a decision between Sirianni and McDaniels, the Eagles struck gold with Sirianni and dodged a huge bullet not hiring McDaniels.  That Raiders loss to ARI was an all-time bed-crapping.

There may be more to the T shirt thing than what we perceive from the podium.

The Eagles pass rush rate has been toward the top of the league. Goff and Cousins got the ball out fast. Wentz tends to hold on the ball a little longer.

I question his sincerity with it but I don't know if he will lose the locker room unless they start losing. When you listen to Avant talk about Chip Kelly vs. Andy it's a matter of how sophisticated the coaching was and what they had the players doing.  I think as long as Sirianni has competent staff and the players think that he's working his schtick won't matter.

I actually didn’t know that stat came from there. I saw that stat this week somewhere and never really looked into it. In this case you’re right.

Laughing here, but there seems to be some real discontent between BA and the Front Office.

Seems they threw him a bone after removing him from HC duties but he's still in the fold in some obscure capacity.

Separated from close interaction with Brady seemed to be their goal...

People really watched these 2 games and think we have a good pass rush??
