If we are gonna criticize something it needs to be the TE drop with both hands on the ball

Love you Man but "Pick something to complain about?

You acknowledge 30 mph winds, sideways rain, slick ball and good coverage, no?

Yeah, his hands have been questioned before, but not his effort, or his YAC ability. Missed one. Okay.

Not your usual style...

You're definitely not a Doctor of Cynicism.

There's nothing Philly fans love more than questioning players' effort.

They're bad. (So naturally we'll lose this one)

Listening to Seth Joyner rant about Jonathan Gannon. I think he still thinks its 1992. I will grant that JG was pretty bad last year but you could argue that was a personnel issue.

What was Joyner ranting about?

I thought Gannon called a pretty good game.

Way too early look ahead to playoff seeding... a loss today by the Packers gives the Eagles a 2 game lead in the loss column over the Packers... and a 1 game lead (with the tie breaker) over the Vikings.  HFA is very much in play.

I have been very critical of Hurts all last year, all offseason. He is making me a believer. This team is making me a believer.Defense playing pretty well, The offense can hit you in a multitude of ways, all bodes well for this season.

Still a long season and injuries can derail even the best teams, so lets just hope we keep pushing on.

Week 6 Dallas Sunday night football- that will be the "real" test.   LOL

I've got zero complaints for the defense.  Looked a little rusty early.  Gave up an early TD.  Shut it down, then got it together... and gave up one more TD, with the 3rd string nickelback in the game.  14 points surrendered by the defense is a winning formula.

This team should win at least 12 games this year, and more likely 13 or 14 barring major injuries.

Double post notice for Edwin...lol.

Never a cynic. Realism is good, optimism works a lot too.

Just trying to enjoy the ride.

Appreciate you, man. :Eagle_smiley:

Now that’s what I call effort to save a pick-6.

It was like watching a Madden glitch in real life.  He did that solely for the OL room next week

Ertz in red looks wrong

Not sure what's more exciting. Eagles being 4-0 or them having a legitimate shot at the best defensive prospect in living memory. :excited:

It seems like he feels the defense isn't "intimidating" and "dominant" enough. But then he acknowledges two seconds later that the types of plays they made back when he played would result in 15-yard penalties. He nitpicked a couple of plays and said that the only turnover his scheme caused was the Bradberry pick.

I got some strong "old man yells at cloud" vibes while listening to it.

The dive at the end is gold!

I don't like talking about that... like a perfect game... you don't speak about it.

A lot of good things happened, but what would Swag say… got to work towards the perfect game.

The team dealt well with adversity after a flat start, +1 for culture.  The backups for the most part were serviceable, +1 for coaching.

I hate to give Gannon credit, but he must of done something so that Josiah Scott didn’t scuttle the D.

Well he right in that buddy ball wouldn't be allowed In today's NFL.

Riddick got a strip sack that's gotta count for something.

I thought Gannon called a pretty good game, the few big plays they give up were mostly due to Josiah Scott being totally lost out there

Better hope he doesn't have to pay any significant snaps this year cuz he was awful.

Little gloating won't piss off the Gods...we just won, we're allowed...for a bit...

It is. He clearly did it for his own entertainment.  The snide comment is he put in more effort on that dive than AJ Brown did on the INT, but I prefer to just laugh at someone having a bit of fun just because.
