Covey is tough and doesn't shy from contact...good for him.  He also, especially for a little guy, has almost no wiggle or elusiveness...so he doesn't take many glancing blows.  Combine all of that and he is on the receiving end of some big hits.

Covey is just acceptable as a returner. He'll make the right decision 99% of the time, but he doesn't have the speed or even the NFL quicks to do anything with it.

To me it means that emotion precedes criticism. Nothing more than that. I was happy after the win and was snuggling in it. Others can’t seem to wait to unplug the heating pad and open the door into the cold and chill.

On a happier note, and this involves a little bit of positive assumptions for both teams, but I wonder if the Eagles/Packers game in late November will determine the #1 seed.  That may be more optimistic about the Packers than it is about us.

I'm not even sure how to describe that play.  It didn't involve any arm strength.  Didn't involve him impressively outrunning anyone as a QB.  It was just incredible body control, vision, improvisation.  And when you combine that with one of the most jaw dropping releases in NFL history, you've got the best QB in the NFL.
