I may be the only person who thought Driscoll looked okay Sunday. He gave up a sack, but that was because he was pushed back and his feet got tangled with Hurts', not because he got beat. The gamelog credited Allen with seven tackles, a TFL and two qb hits but it looked like the qb hits came on read options where he just blasted Hurts, which actually helped us because it made the read part much easier.

Driscoll seemed to hold his own in run blocking as well. He's a smaller guy, so he will always be susceptible to the bull rush, but he seems quick enough that you can't beat him around the edge. Certainly his tackle play was better than whomever was trying to stop Reddick.

I haven’t seen anyone really trashing him?

  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Really interested to see how the D does on Sunday vs a mobile QB. I’m expecting a lot of A and B gap blitzes and the DEs focused on containment. Murray isn’t a great presnap QB.

Keep him in the pocket and force him to make the throws.

Is it fair to trash a 3rd string lineman playing out of his natural position? (played Guard and right tackle prior).. But again, I'm asking the wrong crowd...😆

The Cardinals have been a horrendous first half team scoring wise and the Eagles have been an amazing first half team.

Early DVOA look (Football Outsiders)

We'd be first without STs.

Pretty much squashing the initial theory.

Especially since Robinson is a scrub guard, he's probably a body for practice purposes (need a scout team).

Smart move by Ertz to rile up the rest of the team by complimenting Hurts’ work ethic.

Ertz continuing to perpetuate the myth of hard working Hurts.

He had a rough 1st quarter, but improved as the game moved on. He’s consistently solid- just a countdown until he’s on IR.

Just hit me that a 4-0 team as of today has the 3rd overall pick in the draft. And we don't need a QB. Will Anderson come on down!

That actually gets very interesting, if Hurts proves out this season, and we have a top 5 with a couple QBs on the board, what are the odds Howie trades down for a boat load of picks the nxt two seasons - which will be needed if they sign Hurts to a big money extension.

Dividing the locker room from the other side of the country.  Epic by #86.

Notice how its always hard work and not talent…

Lol the comment just reminded me of that crazy clause that was removed from Murray's contract

But the odds of getting an elite prospect on a rookie deal won't come around again. You take the best non QB player on the board.

Only a matter of time before Hurts’ teammates order a code red.

Nah.

IF you cant get Anderson trade back. You're gonna have 3-4 QB's in the top 10. 2 WR's... maybe 3 which we dont need and what looks to be a RB(F -that)

Trade the saints pick back to the teens and get a 2024 first rounder along with the 2023.

A 2024 pick that could easily end up in the late teens or 20s, pass.

This team isn't better this year because they added around the fringes or average dudes. They added elite talent on both sides. If Aints pick is somehow top 5 you draft the elite guy.

Myles Murphy and Kalee Ringo are really damn good.

Exactly.  Cox will order it.  Davis and Dean will be the ones told to execute it.

Nope.  Take the stud with the higher first rounder.

Use the other first round pick to get resources in 2024.  Teams will pay a premium for the fifth-year option.  (Think 2018)

I'd rather get a stud like Anderson than trade down.
