Do you understand "Let's agree to disagree?"

Are you only quoting me because my position goes against the Phillies?

  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Ok. Well he was called out. That won't change.

Agreed.

No one is looking to change anything.

So... pure speculation by the broadcaster.

Castellanos is 1 for his last 24. At some point if he keeps not hitting might consider vierling cause at least defensively you upgrade and he’s hit decently down the stretch.

Elfin... 😬.   Can't say I am super confident.

Then again, they don't have someone out there where I could be.  He's as good as Robertson, I guess.

And significantly faster once he's on the bases, too.

Still curious why I'm the one who should "agree to disagree".

Why take bohm out?

There was a time that 6 2/3 innings wouldn't have been considered going deep in a game.

Because he's slower than Sosa, and weaker defensively.

Do they put Vierling in to RF for defense?

Pitcher got lucky there. Ball hit him in the glove

It was a good play. Bullpen needs to get it done.

Agree to disagree is a mutual decision ... not a one-way decision.  Both parties are part of it.

Its not possible to offer that without taking the same position.

Its a mutual thing. You both agree to it. His agreement is implied in the comment.

Better to be lucky than good sometimes.    Hopefully the Phillies can get that luck this inning.

That's 1.

Average innings per start has been decreasing since the 60s.

Then quote both parties.

One more to go.

That's 2.

I don't understand why they don't use Vierling as a defensive replacement for Castellanos... hopefully it won't matter.

Any time people talk about old school pitching it reminds me of Steve Carlton '72

He went 27-10 on a 57 win team. He had 30 complete games. Its barely even the same sport anymore.

Greatest single season pitching performance of all-time?   Hard to find something better for a worse team.
