Is Rodgers cooked or is the offense that bad? He has been awful through 4 games

Both. I don't think Rodgers is "cooked" per se. But there's way too much off field stuff for me to take him seriously anymore.

If you watch the Giants play this year and you don't see a pretty good football team, I don't know what you're looking at. They're a good team. They're going to compete for a playoff spot.

Good team. Sure.
SB contender? No.

I'd be thrilled to play the Giants in the playoffs instead of the Packers, Rams, Bucs, etc.

Take the punt, run left or right, take the safety, and punt from the 20 would be the best bet.

Like the Rams, their championship window has closed.

Rogers is going to throw the hail Mary here, isn't he 🤣

I don't understand why the Giants didn't run the ball 3 times instead of 3 kneel downs. They might get the first down. They would have taken more time off the clock.

What cowardice.

@LeanMeanGM

Please update my bonus prediction to be 237+ yards rushing

I just think it's wild to think the division is anywhere close to wrapped up. We lost to them last year when their best 3rd and long call was a QB kneel. Yes, we've gotten better, but so have they.

Well, at least Rodgers will passive-aggressively bash his OL for the loss.

I've watched 4 of the Giants' 5 games. They are closer to a 2-3 team than a 4-1 team.

They are well coached. They play hard. But they can't generate turnovers on defense and are not explosive on offense. They have to grind out close wins against bottom 5 teams (Chicago, Carolina) or hope the other team fumbles on a punt return (Titans) to win.

Packers with the worst possible playcalling in the 2nd half.  Way too many high risk plays exemplified by the horrible 4th down call.  Just run up the middle, why try a freaking back shoulder?

And their defense blows.  Theyre a pretender

He had Doubs for a walk in TD, similar to how Wilson had Hamler on Thursday.

Bad stuff by Rodgers.

I feel like a lot of people picked GB to make it to the SB and I never knew why. Their defense is nothing special and they have very little talent offensively.

I believe the Giants win today is also a very good message to the Eagles… Take care of business today in Arizona. Can’t afford to drop into a three-way tie with the Giants Dallas and the Eagles.

I refer you to my Game prediction, Sir.

I'm never wrong.

We just got our Jeopardy answer on what Rodgers would have done on 4th and goal.

Absolutely nothing.

222 yards passing when the Packers needed 230.

Now Europe knows he's a choke artist too.

Not his fault.  Just ask him

A coach who tries to run out the clock before they can run out the clock is a bad coach.

They run three plays of 6 seconds and the clock runs out on the kick return or the Packers have 2 seconds left and no option for the 15 yard gain to the sidelines.

Dirk Diggler

And don't forget the Giants have a similar schedule to us, and they've played two of their toughest opponents already and won, GB and TEN. They're in the race to win the NFC East.

It’s a marathon of a season and we’re just now a quarter of the way thru. Their WRs are horrendous, their qb is horrendous, and their d is just ok. They could easily have very bad 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarters of the season…and based on their recent history they don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt

The Packers are not elite and their window has closed.

Not worried about the Giants, lol. Like not even a little bit.

There will be 3 NFCE teams with winning records this season; the schedule vs AFC South and NFC North is that easy.  I had assumed it would be WAS, but it looks like it might be the Giants instead.

I'd take the giants more seriously if they could throw the ball better. Their pass protection is still bad and Jones has only passed over 200 yards once this year and that was only 217 today.

What?

It's what I've been worrying for a couple weeks now.  Before Harbaugh got there that was a dreadful team for the better part of a decade.  Once Garcia and then TO left the 49ers they had been just bottom of the barrel losing season after losing season on repeat until Harbaugh came in 2011.  Then they got out the gate to a surprising good record.  Just winning close ugly grind it out games.  I didn't think much of them, especially when they beat the Eagles on a Ronnie Brown bonehead goalline play pretty much and other shoot themselves in the foot moments from the Eagles throughout.  But that team kept winning and then almost made the Super Bowl.  Getting a major upset classic win over the Saints and then going to double OT with the Giants in the NFC Championship Game.

Tbh they should be a run first team with how mediocre and uninspiring the WRs are for that team. Plus rodgers isn’t playing well right now. Jones and dillion had 4.8 yards and 5.7 yards per carry. They only gave dillion 6 touches. They really should look into trying to get will fuller. Currently the packers really don’t have a great deep threat at least he gives you that until he gets hurt.
