That’s what the current scenario is

Swept the series. Don’t know if i should be worried about the offense or impressed that they swept a series scoring 7 total runs.

I didn't expect the Phillies to be 1st in fielding percentage. This team is very well rounded, they just need to get healthy and the bats to heat up again

Concerned, but of course I lean to the negative side

We still have Tre Turner coming back.

I think they still need outfield help. To me that’s their biggest cause for concern. Castellanos has been good on this home stand but i don’t trust him to stay like that for very long. Rojas is still learning how to hit at the mlb level. Marsh they don’t trust to play everyday against lefties. Pache, Dahl and whit just don’t cut it for them over the long haul. I think at the deadline they have to get an OF. Imo cause of how good they are they should try to make a big splash.

Lean??? You’re so far to the negative side, you’re leaning like Michael Jackson in the Smooth Criminal video.

Not time to worry about the bats.  Let's give it two or three weeks and see where we are at that point.

So we finally had to face a team that's well above .500.  How'd that turn out? :phil:

We struggled to score runs.

Against a top 10 team for ERA?  We’re top 2, so they struggled more.

The Reds, Giants, Cardinals, Rangers, Nationals and Padres would be above .500 if they didn't lose to the Phillies.

The Pirates and Blue Jays would be just under .500

The truly great teams win in many different ways.

And went 3-0.

Yep, that’s why this argument has been so annoying to me. Had the Phillies lost the games against those teams, the narrative would then be that they can’t beat teams that are over .500, instead of they haven’t played many teams that are over .500.
