Right now it says he chases bad pitches.I mean he was top 30 in baseball in walks. Had 70 walks which was 29th. Add on he missed 30 games. For a 150 game pace he’d be at 80 which would be top 20. For 162 game pace it’s 86 and it’s top 15.The issue in the playoffs is he is chasing at more bad pitches cause he’s trying to do too much as he doesn’t trust the guy behind him to come through. Basically what Boras put out there which I’m guaranteeing comes from Bryce. Add on the analytics provided in the zolecki article kind of touches on the advance analytics favor Bryce not a big drop drop off from previous couple years except teams rather not give him anything to face Castellanos, realmuto and bohm. Zolecki, Salisbury, amaro along with Matt gelb kind went into this discussion.

But i do think they are going to hammered by not allowing them to use deferment money anymore.
