But he’s been an epic fail this year. Gotta hope he turns it around next year. Otherwise gonna wind up being stuck with him and eventually just designating him for assignment and eating the money.

He’s admitted that in the past he’s had slumps and then something just "clicks” and he starts hitting again.

His plate approach has been terrible which i think stems from the long slump he was in. He tries to just swing at everything to get himself out of it and going.
