Guessing they might save Sanchez to be a left hander out of the pen if they need one before wanting to use Alvarado and strahm since soto has been inconsistent. Also dbacks are more right handed lineup. Carroll, Thomas are lefty. Marte and perdomo are switch hitters. But marte Hits better vs. lefties than righties (.313 vs. .259). Perdomo is pretty even .246 vs .242
October 16, 20233 yr We need a Phillies win tonight to get yesterday's taste out our mouths. And a Dallas loss for a huge cherry on top.
October 17, 20233 yr I was confident the last few days, but man I'm getting a little nervous. DBacks playing with nothing to lose, they feel a bit like last year's Phillies. We need dominant Wheeler, and Schwarber HAS to give us more than he did against Atlanta.

Think it is likely tougher than atlanta. Gallen and Kelly are as good if not better than strider and fried. And once they got into the playoffs the monkey was off their back.
