So 37 game stretch. I’d be surprised if Harper is out for that 6 weeks period if they go 18-19.

But the thing that concerns me more is that it’s a lower hamstring. So that could mean his hamstring and something else along with it which might take longer. Unless this is like a torn hamstring, he’s likely gonna be back somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks at worse. However, the fact that their schedule is brutal for the next six weeks is like the worst possible time for it to happen besides the playoffs.

Hopefully and eventually things get better. On your cat Front, my dog’s cancer came back, so not sure how much time he has left. doing some chemo. But it’s only really a matter of time. And then found out that my parents dog also has cancer. it’s not operable and there’s no chemo. He probably has like a couple weeks. So I feel you on that. Hard losing a pet and knowing it’s close to their time cause they are more than just your pet with the amount of time you spend with them. They really are more like family.
