I'm pretty sure my math is right. Eagles need to win next 2 games to secure home field advantage with 2 games left

They are 2 up and hold the tie breaker so really 3 up. 2 wins in the next 4 would do it. But they gotta win the division as well.

Road win versus a Division team is always a good thing!!

:groovy:

Eagles are undefeated on the road. Giants haven't won one in the division.

Cowboys celebrating like the won the Super Bowl. They had to claw back to beat the 1 win Texans.

Well a TD would have iced the game. And 6 from the 25 isn’t a whole lot better than 3 from the 2.

On 3rd and 1 you lost two yards lmao. Then lined up and burned a timeout, to come out again and run a busted play? Lmao.

100/100 times you take the FG. Points are better, especially with bad QBs. Lets you keep momentum, and gives your team higher % chance to win the game.

At WORST you’re down 1 and need a FG to win. Which is much easier under a minute than a TD. WTF are you on about?

They had to get a fix in to beat the Texans so that Eagles/Boys game can be hyped in for the league.

Eagles didn’t do so hot against Houston either. Wins are wins.

Detroit in the playoff hunt. What world do we live in?

Eagles winning more important that the Cowboys losing. At this point are you really still scared of them?

No but it would have been nice to antagonize my friends who like Dallas that they lost to Dallas

Eagles need to not kill themselves with mistakes in Dallas, the refs are gonna be biased as usual. Play smart.

Just win next week against the Bears. A loss puts a lot pressure on the birds.

They won 29-17, were on a short week and let up a little. But once they needed to, they dominated the game and went up 2 scores.

Cowboys almost lost & were fighting the whole time.

The Texans have one win all year. They have nothing to lose. They owe us nothing. Trying to end the game on 4th down makes sense. It shows confidence in the team.

Say Eagles and Cowboys finish with the same divisional record, overall record, and split the series 1-1. Who owns the tie breaker then?

Good sign that we scored with the backups. Don't know if the Giants pulled any of their starters on defense.

They won, but can’t chirp this week. Still a win.

Fox tried to ruin my Sunday by switching to the Dallas game. Im ashamed to admit it, but watching them win took some of the joy away from the Eagles victory. F you Fox!

You play to win the game. It has nothing to do with OWING anything. If you’re in 4 down territory. Go for the sneak on 3rd and 1. If you run and lose two damn yards on the 1 yard line, take the sign and take the points. You don’t lose yards and then go for it, when you’re barely in control of the game at that point.

Bad coaching. Shows his team that he’s an awful situational decision maker. They didn’t have their starting RB, their QBs are mediocre, get points when you can. To try to rationalize that negligence is wild.

FG gives your team more confidence, and more ways to win the game. Period.

That was also on a short week on the road.

This team looks better than.... the Super Bowl team, talent- wise. But winning the SB takes way more than just talent. Still- this team is super talented and rolling.

Did Hurts run too much, or does this win count?

The receivers could've caught a few more but the ball was wet.

Oh, shut up.

I gave you several reasons why going for it on 4th and goal makes some sense in that situation.

Smh head with all this Dallas stuff.

Worst team in the league just hung 23 on them - Micah Parsons and everything !!

Eagles got this.

Makes some sense if you don’t want to actually win. You’re the bad team with a bad OL, your RB off the field, QBs are weak, and no pass catchers that are reliable to win one on one.

"If they scored a touchdown they win” lmao isn’t a reason. You can say that in literally any 4th down scenario ever. That doesn’t make it the logical choice. I gave you several more reasons, that are actually reasonable and tangible reasons that 99/100 coaches would’ve considered and agreed with haha.
