Hollow victory

This team is going to get worked in the playoffs

I don't see them beating San Fran unless Purdy just can't handle the playoff pressure.

Team record high 14 wins. #1 seed. Bye. Home field advantage.

Too close but a w is a w

Glad we got the W. Too bad Smith couldn't get 4 more yards to get that record. Two wrs under 25 with 1200 yards.

First time to 14 wins in franchise history. You have to take this performance with a pinch of salt. Hurts was not really running at all. If Lane comes back and plays decent we are still in this.

Oh for sure. I'm sure they kept it safe and they didn't risk much with Hurts. And I'm sure they called a vanilla game. But a lot of work to be done in the next 2 weeks.

Too close but hey a wins a win.

Franchise record on wins. Division champs and one seed. Woo hoo!!!!! Time to celebrate

Depends upon health. We didn't show anything today to prove or disprove our status in that regard.

Missed most of the game, but glad we got the W and the #1 seed.

Now let's get rested, NEED Lane back at all costs.

14 wins, franchise best, way to go team!

Tell me again that Daboll didn't outcoach Sirianni in this game with a 3rd string QB and backups in most positions. Sirianni got outcoached. PERIOD.

Sirianni and Daboll have very different goals so their strategies will be different as a result. Daboll was 100% aggressive and Sirianni was passive by design. So of course it looked that way.

And next week we get to sit back, watch some football and watch our rivals beat the snot out of each other.

Shanahan is a superior HC and he'll have Purdy prepared.

We just barely beat a practice squad QB with our starters to put things in perspective.

So now 1 game left to determine the last seed in the nfc. I feel like it’ll be Green Bay based on Detroit’s history. But I’d love to see Detroit get it.

Eagles got to 14 wins (most in franchise history), didn’t get any serious injuries (biggest issue), still got the bye week (now guys can get back healthy), and Dallas lost (😂🤣😂) so today was a good day.

Congrats on 14 wins and the first round bye

Need to clean up a lot for our game in two weeks.

Not happening...Its barely happened all season. The team has basically skirted by Purely on talent all season..

I just dont feel excited about this win or this team going into the post season.  That was limping in considering we should have had this wrapped 2 weeks ago.  Very worried!  IF we face San Fran in a NFCCG I think we could very well lose that if this is the way this team is going to play.  A crap NYG secondary tamed our Wr for the most part.

Wasn’t a great game to watch but a wins a win. Very vanilla offense and the d was alright.

Actually..you are.

Sorry your delicate sensibilities are hurt.

Men that don't let emotions get the better of them are objective about these things.

Agreed! The only slight negative was that SF looked really good again. But hey they were playing a bad bad team so can't read too much in to it.

If you truly think today was any reflection of this team, I feel really bad for you.

Omg listen to the babies panicking. There are WAY too many instances of teams playing uneven down the stretch and then winning as the top seed.

good grief. Are you guys gonna cry for 2 straight weeks until kickoff?

Neither of these guys wanted to show much today.

Good teams beat bad teams and should do it easily.

I'd agree with that to be honest. I don't think either team wanted to show much and they kind of knew what the deal was today.
