Stocking the streams and lakes would be akin to stocking the woods with deer (which they sort of do by limited when you can and can't kill deer). No one gives you a free fishing rod when you get a fishing license, so no one would give you a gun.

Of the many stupid talking points floated around this, this may be the dumbest. Yes, people will make more money in nominal terms. So the CBO says they will be "lifted out of poverty." Of course, if the minimum wage goes to $15, then the cost of products will rise, increasing the cost of living. Meaning the poverty line will increase. Meaning...people will still be poor. The inability to comprehend the difference between nominal and real wages is truly insane.
