Yes you can!

The way we will handle this is the prize money (less the base $20 donation and any amount players contributed over the $10 entry fee that goes to the charity.. I’ll upload a document that shows where everything goes once we are locked in on contributions tomorrow) will be transferred to the winner. The winner can decide if they want to submit that to the Eagles charity, some other charity or keep it. You can disclose what you’re doing or keep it to yourself. Some people will want to make it known and that’s great! Some will want to keep it quiet and that will be because they don’t like talking about their charity or they just want to keep it. We will not judge the winner for whatever they decide or what they disclose. That’s the only rule I ask - no judgement, no shaming, no pressure when it comes to the prize. Also if you decide not to participate or contribute that is fine too. Again no judgement you just can’t win the prize. 
 

@Dawkins 20 was a super kind guy - a big Teddy Bear. So I want to keep this whole thing in the spirit of that.. he was our sweet dorky Canadian friend. DO IT FOR DAWK!

I was just looking at everyone's team thinking how much better every one of these teams are compared to mine.  Then I realized mine is a 12 person league.

I know jrsu initially said he wanted in and BBE said earlier in the thread he didn’t want to do money so we can roll with that idea for now.

 

As it stands right now the prize would be $80 and our donation would be $110. 10 participants x $10 base fee = $100 - $20 standard donation pledge from entry fee = $80 prize for first. $190 total collected less $80 first place prize = $110 to charity. 
 

Let me know if that doesn’t make sense. 

Makes as much sense as that Josh Allen pick!

I don’t know what the F I was looking at, but maybe I convinced myself that there were only 10 teams bc my team stinks. Wife and daughter left earlier today and I dipped into the sauce pretty early.

I'm so sorry...Had a death in the family on Wed night so I've been a bit off. I don't need the prize, but am more than willing to still donate if that's an option.
