Looks that way.  But it's legit when Schmoope gets the top pick.  Machine is definitely cheating. 

And yes - I couldn't access the league before the year I joined - curious which pick the champ has gotten every year.

So it's obvious that getting the #1 pick isn't an advantage based on the results.  I would think the ideal place to be would be somewhere in the middle - maybe around pick 8-10

I am rooting for Binky to become the second member of the back-to-back club.
