LOL says the guy who is wrong.

I'm not the one mixing up Trump's court cases or misinterpreting their judgments, though to be fair, when you commit as much crime as Trump does, it's not easy keeping all the different cases straight.

Yes he is. The guilty verdict is in. Now he's just waiting for the judgement of his conviction. He is very much a convicted felon.

What a dumb hill to die on.

Dude, you are 100% wrong. If you want a fast answer Google it hahahahhahahaha Has the judge sentenced him? No. He is not convicted. He is not a felon.

Because it's the freaking law, dude. Google you are not convicted until after sentencing. Google AI will be like that is correct. So you can keep writing whatever you want, but he is not convicted until after he is sentenced. So you can wish upon a star and have your world turned upside down because talking points are incorrect or you can accept the truth. He is not convicted yet.

I'm old enough to remember when people didn't think you were mentally handicapped.

You really need to do more Googling. Trump quite literally wouldn't be able to vote right now if NY didn't allow non-incarcerated felons to vote.

a NY jury found him guilty of felonies. unless you think the judge will toss the verdict, he's a convicted felon.

lol wrong hahahhahaa

Was he sentenced? No. Not a felon. Not convicted

Was the judgement tossed in the fraud case? Yes

Can you be convicted in a civil case? No. He's not a sex offender.

I can't believe this needs to be stated, but you are convicted of a crime when a jury returns a verdict. You are sentenced later, but you are a convicted felon once the verdict is rendered.

Please stop arguing about idiocy.

As of today is he though? No.

Can a higher court in NY, fed, or SC level step in before then? Yes.

So you have to wait, but as of today he is not.

Vikas, Google it and tell me what you find. Fastest way to answer this. Idiocy is ignoring the law.

Cool story, but can we fast forward to the part where you post a bunch of youtube videos from yoga instructors or some bit chute links?

Sigh...

He has been convicted of a crime. He has not been sentenced, but he is still a convicted felon.

The fraud judgment has been appealed, and there was a hearing, but no decision has been rendered. It has not been overturned at this time. And as a side note, reading anything into an appellate hearing is very dangerous. Many times it sounds like the judges are crushing one side only to rule that way. Have seen many investors get burned.

hey! look over there!

@Diehardfan just spitting knowledge rn

You can't be a felon until you are convicted. He has not been sentenced. Do me a favor and simply Google this. If you are correct where are the lawsuits to have him removed from the ticket?

OMFG, yes DH, a conviction can get thrown out or dismissed but it has to exist for that to happen. His conviction (as it stands today) exists. How are you struggling with this?

He was convicted you moron.  🤣

He struggles with literally everything. Dressing himself in the morning, pouring himself a bowl of cereal, tying his laces prior the switch to velcro shoes, etc.

I don't need to, since I'm not a moron. But since you want to know so badly:

Legal definition of Conviction: A conviction is an adjudication of a criminal defendant’s guilt; specifically, it is the act or judicial process of finding a criminal defendant guilty of a charged offense.  https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/conviction

"Adjudication of a criminal defendant's guilt." A jury has found him guilty. Hence, he is a felon. DA announcement: https://manhattanda.org/d-a-bragg-announces-34-count-felony-trial-conviction-of-donald-j-trump/

Also, you don't have to meet with a probation officer if you're not convicted...

Now go back to being obtuse.

I love the lunacy of some of you. It's fantastic.

You all don’t know this yet, but US also spells us. I’ve never heard or paid attention to anyone ever saying it before, so it’s never happened and I’m the first to say it.

US spells us, there you have it now.

You’re welcome.

Wrong. But keep believing it. Where are the lawsuits to have him removed? They don't exist. Done.
